Full of creeps

Wife was not happy the place was full of weirdos and we didn't feel safe.

Dirty dirty dirty

Dirty rooms, all around dirty atmosphere, pool, restrooms, etc. seems to be maintained at a very low standard that has made it become a filthy norm. Questionable splatters all over the room. Won't be back.

Location: Handy to stores and shopping.
Very easy to get to from freeway, hotel employees friendly and helpful, room clean!

Disappointed

We arrived to find the hot tub wasn't working. The reason we chose this hotel in the first place was for the indoor pool and spa. There was only one person working and she seemed overwhelmed. In the morning several employees were present, but all gathered out front smoking. I noticed a sign at the front desk that stated they had stepped away to help a guest. I found this funny because all employees were huddled by the front door smoking. It was a cheap room for one night, but we won't stay here in the future.

Location: Close to place to have quick meal
The hotel is reasonably clean. The rooms are too small we had 2 queen hardly fit. The building smells like smoked building that they are trying to get rid of the smell. The staff we met are polite. Easy parking is a plus.

2 month advance booking and give us the room beside the noisy pool. Motel needs major renovation

Clean and comfortable

Nothing fancy but it was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and we will definitely be staying here anytime we're in the area.

Good for the price.

Pros: Appreciated the great water pressure in the shower! Even a lot of high end hotels don't offer this.
Location: Convenient for Wildlife Safari and river outings.
Staff was very accommodating to my questions and requests.

Smelled like pot, pool out of service

Reyes room for the poil for kids, found out after check in when we were trying to go to the pool that it was out of service. Got a bogus story about the hotel trying to call my phone and leave a message about the pool, which they didn't. The room wasn't spectacular by any standards and the hall and elevator smelled VERY strongly of pot. Unhappy to have to explain that to my kids. ...

Okay place to sleep

Pros: friendly staff and clean room
Cons: get rid of the heavy doors and better breakfast choices
Location: nothing really close but if you drive over the freeway there are places to eat and shop
On check-in, Lydia was very nice and made sure our room was ready even though we were early. Rooms were across the hall from each other and down one, we couldn't get them next to each other. Rooms were clean and small. Could use some updating of decor. Doors are very heavy and difficult to open (found this problem at another Super 8 also). Beds were okay. Shower flow could be stronger. Towels could be larger and more absorbent. Swimming pool was nice but spa/ hot tub didn't have any force to the jets. I mentioned it to the front desk, but don't know if anything was done to fix it. Breakfast was very minimal with two cold cereals, waffles, biscuits & gravy, yogurt, apples, toast, juice & coffee. If you just need a place to sleep for a couple nights, this place will suffice.
