This property was closed for renovations. We arrived and had to find other accomodations. The staff were very friendly in pointing us to other options.

This property sold just days prior to our stay so our reservation was canceled by the property. We love this hotel as it is very close to family who live in the area so we have stayed many times. We were very sad to see that it is being turned into a “battered women’s refuge” It seems there would be hotels less used by travelers they could have converted and left the best hotel in the area alone.

The people were very nice but the visit was spoiled by someone vandalizing the truck,/and all four tires slashed and writing words on the side scratching them through the paint. Not sure about if this is a safe area or not

Room was clean. However check in is at 3 and we did not get there until about 5. The room was still not ready and we had to wait. Traveling almost 5 hours with children then having to wait another 1/2 hour 2 hours after check in wasn't cool

Liked Jennifer. She was cordail and happy.The coffee was hot and fresh.The shower was hot. Always plenty of towels. Could use more in-room coffee packets. Over all great experience.

We had a great weekend, very friendly and helpful staff, especially Laura who took great care of us! Room was very clean and comfortable beds. Great walk-in shower too!

They provided me a late check-out but I was still woken up promptly at 11am with pounding on the door. They've also placed a chair directly below a lamp that I nearly broke when standing up. Also, there's no wildlife in site.

We stayed in a "pet friendly" room as only our second experience with bringing our pet to a hotel. There were two things that were not "great" with it but not horrific. One, when people walked by and were talking, my dog barked so it would've been better to be somewhere maybe further away? The second thing was the "grassy hill" for pets was muddy and right next to the busy roadway so it in no way was the best of places for the dog to do her business or run around. Better than nothing, but...

we stay here at least twice a year while visiting wildlife safari this is probably the 12th time we have stayed at this hotel. We love it here customer service is amazing and it in a perfect location to visit wildlife safari. Parking can get a little full if you arrive very late in the evening but there’s always a spot for you. This was the first Time we have experience noisy neighbors but that’s somewhat out of the hotel control. We always stay downstairs and we have two children that are young. Who ever stayed above us this time also had young children and allow them to jump on the bed until 12:30 AM rattling our door to the bathroom downstairs and waking up my children. The office is only open until 11 PM they do offer an after hours phone numberThat is to their sister property already didn’t bother to call. overall we are satisfied with us today and will continue to stay here again and again.

Check in was great, we arrived late and Tony waited 15 extra minutes to leave so we could check in. Check out was simple. Breakfast is fair. A quick snack to tide you over. Oh and bring earplugs, you hear everything around y.ou. Especially if you are downstairs This was our second stay at this hotel. The location is perfect for the Wildlife Safari. The beds are comfortable and clean. Our king room we stayed in was much nicer than the one we stayed in this time. We had two beds the second time, the beds again were good, but the carpet was really stained and bathroom needs some updating. Blinds were coming off the clips but we made it work. Overall clean though so if you can get past the stained old look its not too bad. I would stay again if need be and just hope the room was a bit better next time.

I would not stay in this place again the rooms smell a lot of cigarettes the carpet orrible they make you sign a non-smoking policy in the room and when you enter the first thing you smell is cigarette smoke

Senior Stay Frustration
The rooms were very clean. Unfortunately as an senior couple we expected a degree of quiet. This was not to be! Being on the lower main level the placement of large families or with young children running and jumping across the floor into the evening! We had to call the front desk twice and finally on the third call we said we would pack up and leave. My wife was so frustrated she yelled outside to knock it off. We had 2 rooms and the next day my wife informed the desk that she wanted a refund on her room since she was not able to get a decent nights sleep. The refund was issued. The front desk staff was friendly and attentive.
