Had to switch rooms dirty bed sheets

After switching rooms due to dirty sheets and pillows smelling like another person oder we got another room. After. Coming back up from having a cigarette I see a lady in a wheel chair and her husband go right into the room we switched from ! They never changed the sheets. Breakfast was horrible sausage not even fully cooked ! My advice pay a little more to avoid places like this.

Nice and clean hotel

Check in was pretty easy, hotel is in a pretty good location near shops and it was in a safe area. The breakfast was good. The room was clean. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would definitely go back

Accommodating Rooms

Pros: The layout of the hotel and the rooms.
Cons: Educate the staff on customer service
The rooms were what we expected--- clean and comfortable. The staff was not overly friendly with the exception of the lady at the front desk on the morning of our departure. She was very pleasant and helpful with a problem I had with the printer in the business center. The continental breakfast was disappointing in the quality of the food specifically the pancakes were hard around the outside.

I appreciated the efforts of the staff, particularly Abigail. She was friendly, professional and offered quick assistance as I was leaving for a business meeting. I enjoyed my stay.

The linen on the beds were not clean

I would not stay there again. The linen was not clean on the beds and the free breakfast was terrible.

Standard room and amenities, location was convenient to most attractions. Staff was lacking in customer service.

Do not stay here!

We arrived very late in the evening with two children. The room was dark and dirty. There was a large red stain on the carpet, bugs on ceiling, and sheets did not appear clean. The sofa bed already had sheets on it when opened which appeared dirty. We asked for another room, but it was equally as dirty. We refused to stay, asked for a refund but were told they could not help us due to booking with Expedia. 4.2 out of 5 on Expedia is a joke. We will no longer be using this service, as we anticipate getting nowhere getting our money back.

Pros: Friendly sttaff
Disappointed that the pictures look much better than the actual hotel room itself. Stains all over the carpet. Linen looked a little dingy. Would not stay there again.
