Do not stay here!

We arrived very late in the evening with two children. The room was dark and dirty. There was a large red stain on the carpet, bugs on ceiling, and sheets did not appear clean. The sofa bed already had sheets on it when opened which appeared dirty. We asked for another room, but it was equally as dirty. We refused to stay, asked for a refund but were told they could not help us due to booking with Expedia. 4.2 out of 5 on Expedia is a joke. We will no longer be using this service, as we anticipate getting nowhere getting our money back.
