Very nice hotel and convenient to main highways.

The front desk clerks were very friendly and were very helpful in answering questions. The breakfasts were always clean and they used glass plates, coffee cups. The room was cleaned very nicely evert day.

Pros: Clean. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Bed sheets were dirty. There was hair in the bath

I left the hotel after checking in and finding the hotel room filthy. The bed sheets were stained and dirty. There was a used straw in the middle of the floor and the bathroom was disgusting. There was hair in the bathtub. I took photos of the room. The hotel has still not authorized a refund . They claim there is no manager on the premises . This was three days ago. Maybe if a manager was there the rooms would be clean.

Room was not cleaned well

Cons: Service and cleanliness
Location: Didn't have time to see much due to business. Kobe restaurant was very good.
Upon arrival I noticed many stains in the bathroom, un vacuumed rug, and garbage in one receptacle. There was also a car in the parking lot with an alarm going off intermittently between the hours of 9pm and 12am. I called the front desk to ask if they could find the owner and the response was " If I go and get the license plate #, it will be a huge task to find out which customer owns it." I didn't get any sleep before a long business meeting.

Good value, decent hotel. Pool closed during day.

Late night arrival. One night stay. Clean quiet room. Breakfast ok. Unfortunately the pool does not open until 5pm. I chose this hotel so I could get a morning swim in before checking out at 11am but was disappointed.

All good. No complaints. I like the fact that you can open the window for some outside air. All too often Hotels have fixed windows.

My new go to hotel

I needed to extend my reservation upon arrival and the front desk was very accommodating even making sure I wouldn't have to change rooms. Staff is extremely friendly and a pleasure to deal with.
