Pros: Clean. Very helpful and friendly staff.
Location: Good location.

Bed sheets were dirty. There was hair in the bath

I left the hotel after checking in and finding the hotel room filthy. The bed sheets were stained and dirty. There was a used straw in the middle of the floor and the bathroom was disgusting. There was hair in the bathtub. I took photos of the room. The hotel has still not authorized a refund . They claim there is no manager on the premises . This was three days ago. Maybe if a manager was there the rooms would be clean.

Room was not cleaned well

Cons: Service and cleanliness
Location: Didn't have time to see much due to business. Kobe restaurant was very good.
Upon arrival I noticed many stains in the bathroom, un vacuumed rug, and garbage in one receptacle. There was also a car in the parking lot with an alarm going off intermittently between the hours of 9pm and 12am. I called the front desk to ask if they could find the owner and the response was " If I go and get the license plate #, it will be a huge task to find out which customer owns it." I didn't get any sleep before a long business meeting.

My new go to hotel

I needed to extend my reservation upon arrival and the front desk was very accommodating even making sure I wouldn't have to change rooms. Staff is extremely friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

Great if you like the smell of marijuana in the hallway and dirty, broken-down rooms.

Room not properly Cleaned.

When we entered the room and looked into the bathroom there was old soap and shampoo still in it. Shower floor was not cleaned properly. Shower pressure was very poor. No facial tissues, no trash bags in trash cans. No bag of coffee with in room pot. The total room for some reason was properly redone for new customers.

Had to switch rooms dirty bed sheets

After switching rooms due to dirty sheets and pillows smelling like another person oder we got another room. After. Coming back up from having a cigarette I see a lady in a wheel chair and her husband go right into the room we switched from ! They never changed the sheets. Breakfast was horrible sausage not even fully cooked ! My advice pay a little more to avoid places like this.
