Room was not cleaned well

Upon arrival I noticed many stains in the bathroom, un vacuumed rug, and garbage in one receptacle. There was also a car in the parking lot with an alarm going off intermittently between the hours of 9pm and 12am. I called the front desk to ask if they could find the owner and the response was " If I go and get the license plate #, it will be a huge task to find out which customer owns it." I didn't get any sleep before a long business meeting.
