There was a false alarm at 6 am that scared us and we felt unsafe in our room. We kept hearing people knock on our door at random times but then they would leave before we got to see them. Very unsafe environment

Insects in room,Tv didn’t work and guest on the top floor kids play all night and keeps scaring us from a long night rest after driving for almost 5 hrs from Las Vegas. I would never recommend this Terrible place.

Throughout our stay, we found three cockroaches. Upon complaining about it we were told there was nothing that they could do for us, especially because we booked through Expedia. It was so frustrating and so disgusting!

Beware of them charging $20 for parking that is not secured and not covered and just like any motel where you pull up near your room. Another one of those hidden fees when you show up kind of thing. I kind of ruins it and leaves a bad taste in peoples mouth. It says parking available and then when you arrive we’re going to charge for it.

I have to tell ya, this hotel was a 4 star when I booked it but upon arrival it should have not been more than a 2 and that’s being generous. The toilet in the room was stained with $hit. We asked a cleaning lady to help us and she was kind enough to drop what she was doing and cleaned it. She told us if I were you I would have booked holiday inn instead. She also said this place has been declining for a while. Upon further inspection the sheets were dirty and the pillows as well. The room smelled like it had been smoked in for years because every time you would come into the room the smell was persistent. This is very sad because we had a child with us. The complimentary food is just toast, eggs, and juice. Will never consider that place again. Also don’t believe the pictures you see online. They are outdated and the place just looks sad.

A safe stay for an emergency situation
Room was sub-par. Bed was firm, AC was not clean and partially open - very dusty and sputtered out debris on second bed periodically. There were several stains on the carpet and couch. The coffee maker had mold inside where the water warms up so I did not use it. Towels were replaced almost daily, if given access, instead of the every 3rd day request on the sign in the bathroom to conserve water. Parking lot was clean. My car remained safe during my stay.
