Pros: Clean, quiet and handy to several main roads to get anywhere in Houston and points South, North and East
Cons: No towel bars, how do the dry? Had to search for the hair dryer, every time I grabbed a towel the rest fell on the floor. Hate the tiny toilet sink
Location: Lots of shopping, was there for a family event in the area so did not explore. Brazos Bend State Park and Georges Ranch are both worth visiting.
The hotel is in a new shopping district and is so new they were still touching up paint. Employees courteous, helpful. Quiet and clean. The breakfast bar was excellent, tasty and varied with healthy options available. There is a pool and a patio, when the weather is warmer it will be nice.

Great hotel with a great atmosphere.

Enjoy my stay, it was very relaxing and comfortable. The room was very nice and clean. I will be back.

Quick stay in Rosenberg

Pros: The actual design or logistics of the room was awesome, I liked the bathroom as it was divided into two separate areas.
Cons: Nothing really just the noise level from the busy street.
Location: Lots of shopping and restaurants, great too!
The hotel and the room both were great! Really loved the modern décor but also very accommodating.

Really great room for price!

The room was spacious with a great layout. It was also very clean. We have been to other hotels and have paid MORE for rooms that ended up being horrible. This room was a great value for the price we paid! We will definitely be staying in more SpringHill Suites.

strategically located

Pros: The tranquil atmosphere and convenient location near the Brazos shopping center.
Cons: Nothing at this time
Location: Cinema iis 3 minutes away, restaurants and shopping--pharmacists included-- are 1 to 3 minutes away by car.
It is conveniently located within walking distance (or a 1-minute drive) from numerous restaurants, chain store shopping and a national supermarket.

I didn't even get to stay.

Pros: NOTHING!
Cons: They said since I booked the hotel through Expedia they couldn't grab my phone numbers and e-mail. I suggest they should be able to get that info.
Location: Small town with amenities, not far from Houston.
Before I could even check in I called them to let them know that I was running late for check in. That is when I was informed that my card had declined and they took me off the reservation. I told them that it was a pay when you get there deal, and they made all kinds of excuses why they took my name off. The best one was that they "Tried" to get a hold of me with out any information, yet they where able to find my name in their system, and that I used Expedia to book it. They where rude, unprofessional, and I would never visit this hotel.

Decent Rosenberg accommodations.

Conveniently located. Nice hotel, but had a couple of issues. There were small gnats in the bathroom. I know that the recent hurricane has made bugs a real issue in Houston, so it could've been that. Also, felt like I was getting bit a little in bed. Outside of that, the cleaning staff forgot one area (the separate toilet are) while cleaning one morning. But, the other days it was cleaned nicely. The breakfast buffet is quite good.

Good Place

Was there for a Family Reunion. The place is very nice. Need to be update, cracks in shower. Had to ask for fresh towels and more toiletries, and coffee for room. But Breakfast is good, eggs were cold. But clean, like having an apartment.
