Nice clean room bed was a little soft for our taste. The cleaning staff knocked on our door at 10 am with the do not disturb sign on the door and check out was not until noon

Friendly staff and very clean and comfortable

Had a very pleasant 2 night stay here. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was big and clean and comfortable. Nice fitness center and breakfast.

Bad Customer service and A/C

Pros: Clean updated
Cons: Customer service front desk check-in and A/C, ask if it is ok to be placed next to traffic window in room.
Location: Location was good.
Receptionist was very rude and demanding on providing a charge card for additional expenses I was not going to accrue. She told me if I did not provide a credit card I could not stay at the hotel. Due to purchasing online through Expedia I could not receive credit back for hotel and opt to provide my AMX. The room was nice but the noise from the room being next to the road; the traffic kept me up all night, as did the A/C as it was shutting off and on all night and was hot in the room.

Hello Margie, Thank you for taking the time to bring these issues to my attention. On behalf of the Hotel, I apologize for the behavior of the receptionist. I want to let you your concerns have been addressed. As for the policy of us getting a method of payment for incidentals, I am sorry this wasn't disclosed to you at the time you made the reservation, but this is a policy with most hotels and third party reservations. Hopefully the rest of your trip was enjoyable. If you should find your way to Rosenberg again, please contact me directly so I may make sure your trip is an enjoyable one.

Clean hotel

Pros: Clean and quiet
Cons: Cups in room would be nice.
Location: Shopping center with restaurants nearby
Clean, quiet, comfortable. Free breakfast was better than expected.

Pros: Clean, quiet and handy to several main roads to get anywhere in Houston and points South, North and East
Cons: No towel bars, how do the dry? Had to search for the hair dryer, every time I grabbed a towel the rest fell on the floor. Hate the tiny toilet sink
Location: Lots of shopping, was there for a family event in the area so did not explore. Brazos Bend State Park and Georges Ranch are both worth visiting.
The hotel is in a new shopping district and is so new they were still touching up paint. Employees courteous, helpful. Quiet and clean. The breakfast bar was excellent, tasty and varied with healthy options available. There is a pool and a patio, when the weather is warmer it will be nice.
