Welcome to our holiday accommodation in Rosas/Roses, where comfort and fun come together in this charming apartment with pool. This accommodation, with capacity for 4 people, has 2 bedrooms and offers 60 m² + 12 m2 of terrace of comfortable space, newly built and with panoramic views of the canals. The privileged location, just 300 meters from the "Mercadona" supermarket and 1 km from the sandy beach "Sta Margarita", makes this apartment the ideal place for families who want to enjoy the tranquility and proximity to local attractions. In addition, it is located just 2 km from the "Salata" amusement park, 3 km from the "Aquabrava" water park and 4 km from the impressive "Aiguamolls" natural park. The apartment has modern amenities, such as an elevator, terrace furniture, iron, air conditioning and a refreshing community pool to enjoy on sunny days. It also includes covered parking in the same building for greater convenience.
