"The property was good overall. My only complaint is that the hot tub was not open on my check out day. I was told by the front desk that it should be open shortly but hours later still nothing. I booked this hotel because of the hot tub. "

"The staff are very welcoming and the newly refurbished rooms are nicely done and spatious. Only criticism is that the bathroom fan is permanently on, so if you're a light sleeper you'll notice that. The hotel is ideally situated within the mall, with no need to go out into the cold if you don't want to "

"Everything was perfect! The only issue I encountered was the shuttle service - although this is not the staff’s fault at all. The storm affected quite a bit and I don’t feel the hotel was ready. Otherwise, I would highly recommend the hotel and will definitely stay here the next time I’m in Minneapolis. "
