"The room was impeccable, the location and access to the Skywalk was fantastic. That said, I did have an issue when I stopped by the front desk to have them validate my parking pass for come-and-go privileges, there were two employees standing at the front desk, each behind a computer. One was helping a couple check in and the other, Tommy, was standing there at attention, seemingly available to help, no signs or anything that he was unavailble. As I walked up he saw me and said “Come on, Bro…really?” Confused and thinking he was kidding or joking around, I handed him my parking ticket, and asked if he could validate it (a process another in my party did the prior day with ease, just told them his room number and they scanned the ticket.) Tommy begrudgingly took my ticket and mumbled to himself. At this point I realized he wasn’t joking, and somehow my request had annoyed him. I told him I could simply wait for the couple checking in next to me to finish and I could have his coworker help me if he needed be somewhere else, but he just replied “No point, I’ve already started”. He asked my room number, scanned the ticket, and I was on my way, it was as simple as could be, but was an odd interaction to say the least."

"Overall experience was good, overwhelming. Check in was an absolute joke 3 people doing it while it could allow 6 people doing it, Get it together seriously. Most staff were friendly aside from a few. The elevators were also a disaster we spent most time waiting for those. Everything is al a cart come here expecting to spend some $$$. I don't know what was going on in the pool area but people were puking in the pool area multiple times. I ended up stepping into a pile and that was the end of it for me. Absolutely disgusting. Come here with zero expectations and you'll have a blast! We will return someday hopefully they read these reviews and adjust a few things. I will add the rooms are super spacious and clean! So that was fantastic. "
