“The communication with owner was amazing, got us all set up and check in and getting key was super easy. The place is right on main street downtown. Easy to walk etc to eat and shop. There was a little noise from nearby bar but they provided ear plugs and sound machines. It was a great girls weekend away. Only issue we had was the amount of steps in and out. But you know that before checking in. ”

The noise from the AC would turn on and off throughout the night, the hide a bed that our son slept on wasn’t sturdy and the couch wasn’t comfort for watching TV or even visiting. We kept busy outside of the house due to this. If we are in a pitch and this is available we would stay again. But not our favorite. ”

“The unit itself was great. Very clean, well equipped, quiet and convenient for what we had planned. The check in process was very confusing. The address took us to a different location (around the back), the key fobs were not working to access the building off the parking garage, and were not working to check out. "Everything is good except for not notifying us there is a 24 hours open Gym next to our room. And the noise comes from the Gym is sooo loud since 6am. I called the front desk, and the lady obviously know that the noise will affect the rooms close to the gym. And she was quite nice to promise to send someone to stop it. But never stops actually. And the next day, I went to the front desk, expressing my disappointment about this. She talked about the rights to use the GYM while I talked about the service and notification ahead about the possible gym noises. And the attitude from her was really bad. This is a really bad experience. "
