I Feel like they need to upgraded the room.

Carpets, lamps , it looks wore out and horrible I felt real dirty it was really dark. I tried to get my money back but they didn't refund me it.

dirtiest room i think i could imagine blood on the bathroom walls , and anything that was screwed to the wall was broken(shower curtain bar, towel bar, lock on the door was broke) there response was that's on order what a joke of a hotel

Pros: NOTHING!!
Cons: New Management!!
This place is full of confusion and nasty!!...The staff is rude!!..No towels, and the excuse given was "we're booked, and all the housekeepers called off,so if you want towels I would have to go buy some"!!...Unacceptable!!..Especially after they've received my money...

Unprofessiona, was asking for blankets, sheets but they didn't have any? Receptionist said my shift is finishing in fifteen minutes, you can ask next worker once he punch in.
