This was the WORST OF THE WORST IN THE ENTIRE UNITED STATES. I accidentally booked it on “Tuesday” instead of “Wednesday” at 11:59 PM - 1 minute before the cut off time and Expedia did not change my dates but prefilled it to yesterday’s and they counted it as a STAY rather than doing a refund and giving me the next day - they are Indian people who are greedy for money. The manager lied and told me his name is HARRY. Plus lots of hookers and prostitutes there, drugs and people asking and harassing you, following yoy to the parking lot to your car for money while managers do nothing. They gave me ONE TOWEL. When asked for more, they refused to saying that I’d have to wait 2 1/2 hours for the laundry to finish. The linens were Soo dirty…smelled like cat piss. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS MOTEL. Take your business elsewhere.
It was very dirty, smelled fowl, and I was late for work because the wifi is not stable at all. I was highly inconvenienced and the hotel did not offer any kind of compensation. When I entered the hotel it was run down so I made sure to ask if the wifi would be stable, i was reassured that was great. I would never stay at this place again.

The room type I booked was Queen smoking, upon check in(Friday) was given a non smoking double but still charged for a smoking room. That room was dirty as hell, only thing somewhat cleaned was the beds which one had a red stain on. The next day(Saturday), I was switched to a smoking room but that wasn’t til that evening and that room was a bit cleaner then the first room but still dirty. Took pictures of both rooms. Also there was all type of things going on in the parking lot, my entire stay.
We drove up and the first thing was a gal hollering she needed help and needed a ride to downtown Minneapolis and she got really mad when we weren't able to. Not the best location if you want to feel safe.
Room was cold heater could not keep up. Rooms need repairs. Breakfast was toast , powdered donut or a banana. No maid service 3 days had to ask for towels twice. Given only 2 towels. No hand or face towels.
The trim on the heat/ac unit was broken and on one side of the unit it was separated from unit by about an inch and you could see outside. Toilet didn't flush well. No towels in room. Bathtub dirty. Walls dirty. Sign says free Continental breakfast but all there was was 4 packets of instant oatmeal and 4 green bananas. When I asked the man at the desk about it he said the Continental breakfast was donuts and I told him there were no donuts. Everything that I saw in that hotel was dingy and dirty
This hotel was filthy starting from the lobby, on the elevator, and our room. The beds had trash inside the frames. The furniture was broken and it was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. The continental breakfast was so bad we left and went to Dennys. We will never stay there again.

The continental breakfast was toast, donettes, and apple juice. The shower was moldy, the room smelled, the key didn’t work so I had to keep going to the front desk to help me get into the room. The refrigerator was moldy and didn’t work, the microwave didn’t work. The staff was nice enough, that is why I gave it a 1.

Where do I start? Well the plugs in room were not strong enough for my charging base because they were cracked, no light bulbs, tub made me 2nd guess a shower. I didn't receive towels until my last night i had to buy towels at dollar store for the week. I bought cleaning supplies also because housekeeping never showed up. The staff was nice but if i spend my money at least make sure i have sheets changed after 2days. It really could use some painting and deep cleaning in rooms but hey you get what you pay for. It was very quiet tho and i felt safe staying here.

I could not sleep last because the room was so smelly and cold. The heat was not working, the room was dirty that I didn’t even used the bathroom. When I talk to the front desk personnel this morning they told to speak to Expedia. I hope you guys refund my money immediately. Matter fact I got sick sleeping the hotel last, no breakfast runout everything even napkins and utensils.

Building needs lots of maintenance and upgrades. Carpets, hallways and rooms. Beds are very very old. Air quality inside hallways and rooms is terrible, weed and other junk. Breathing is SERIOUS issue there. No TV service.

Had no wifi what so ever i had to go into work an hour early every day to do my computer work because of it. I asked many times to see if they could fix it and they told me it works just fine for them

Sink had drainage issue and only hot water was working . Parking spaces are kinda of narrow , luckily it wasn’t busy when I rented a room there .

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. Don’t stay there. Rooms were dirty. Toilet not clean. They changed my room. I tried to get a refund to leave. I was told I could not get a refund. I stayed the night. Loud music half the night.

DIRTIEST HOTEL EVER!!!! This is coming from a frequent traveler. Stayed here some 8 years ago and it was bad then. I thought I'd give them a second chance. It's even worse now.
