Everything was great! The only thing was when someone was putting out bread the person used his hands without using gloves. We loved staying there. We will definitely stay there again.

We loved the quietness and ease of the place. We also loved having a small cooking kitchen in the room. We unfortunately had an odor in our room. It smelt like Lipton Onion Soup Mix. Otherwise everything was great.

The halls smelled like Marijuana and the elevator smelled moldy. The breakfast was very lame. Other than that it was fine for the 2 nights we stayed.

A little threadbare in entryways — especially non-lobby entrances off of parking lot. Generally nice decor/ambience though. Coffeemaker with no instructions and no coffee in room. Front desk clerk wasn't very professional acting and was slow checking me in and didn't seem very adept about the pet deposit.

We were assigned a room that they knew the air conditioning was NOT working they also did not make any attempt to accomodate our requests for room location, extra towels and pillows. The one front desk clerk was not one bit nice either. We made these reservations months in advance and paid ALOT for 2 rooms as well as I called 2 weeks prior to confirm AND I checked in online a d said we would arrive at noon yet when we got there at 12:45 the rooms were NOT ready then they said come back in 1 hour and STILL not ready but the clerk very snkttily said "check-in is at 3!" Then why check in online and say what time you are arriving? The room was HOT so they brought a portable unit but the maintenance person just set it in the room and turned it on come to find out later it needed to be vented to the outside so all it did was make IT HOTTER. We have stayed at the location for 15 years a d thjs is how they treated us!!!

Mostly what you expect from Residence Inn
Some kind of work crew not wearing masks in the lobby/restaurant , mask rule not enforced. Regular breakfast was scant that day. Studio Room nice, with great table for working, which is why i go there.

I am very upset that no where did it state there was a 100 dollar pet fee for a night. I would never have booked a room for that price. Very disappointing!

Checked in at 8:21pm and checked out at 8:32pm . Terrible place to stay.My room smelled terrible and the door was unlocked when I got to it , so I asked for a different room which they did not have so I checked out. Complete waist of my time.

The property was under construction so the pool area was not available. No notice of this when we booked. So we left and stayed elsewhere. Now on hold with Expedia for 2 hours waiting to talk to someone about a refund.

Property was clean and staff were pleasant. We did experience issue with fire alarm going off twice one night. We received no contact or update from staff with alarm expectations. At time of first alarm, a woman (unknown if staff or guest) was running up and down our hallway screaming if everyone was okay. At same time, person in to us commented on this as regular occurrence. She appeared to be a long term resident at hotel. Alarm stopped after several minutes only to go off again within the hour. This same evening we had issue with other guests being exceptionally loud, with disregard for other guests, and slamming doors multiple times. We were unable to reach front desk and eventually gave up. Aside from those issues we had a good experience with our stay.

Poorly managed-from continuously running out of the meager breakfast foods to the soiled floors, furniture and outside common areas. Continuous violation of COVID recommendations. If you are not a smoker, this is not a place for you. When I made recommendations to the company, I did not even hear back. Never again!!!

Nice place but quiet.
Hotel was very clean and the staff welcoming and personable for the most part. This is our first stay at a hotel since they've been reopened at reduced occupancy. They do not provide housekeeping at this time. That's okay. All we needed to do was go to the front desk and ask for whatever we needed. Changing sheets every night as hotels have always done is a bit excessive to begin with so I did not mind. We did not use the pool or exercise equipment but did use the tables in the front lobby community space for games and conversation. Occupancy was low so we did not have anyone else in the lobby...nobody was visible at the front desk unless someone was checking in or a guest approached the front desk needing something. Kind of an eerie feeling. The outdoor courtyard was nice and clean. The hotel has easy access to 35W which can quickly bring you anywhere you need to go in The Cities. Not sure if I would stay here again..especially for the price. Our next stay in Minneapolis we are staying next door at the Fairfield Inn.
