Toilet didn't work all night. We were given 2 towels to remedy it. Water all over the floor. When following up with front desk staff, they were rude and unprofessional.

The hot tub was down! Literally booked one night at a hotel because it was my birthday and all i wanted to do soak in a hot tub. The hotel was nice, staff was friendly, breakfast was great, bur disappointed there was no hot tub working.

Our shower|tub would not drain upon arrival Friday eve. I was told that the maintnance department was gone for the day & that they would handle it the next day. This didn't happen at any point during our 2 night stay. Our phone in the living room had no cord & was not useable, only 1 pillow for the pull out bed, rooms are extremely small & early morning young man at the front counter to help customers, sleeps in the breakfast room & doesn't even know you are there, needing help! Elevator floors look like they haven't been cleaned in months. Beds are very old & uncomfortable. I am extremely dissapointed in this "Hilton" brand hotel & will never stay here again.

Got charged 12 dollars for parking which was never brought up or mentioned and I got a ride there and did not park any vehicle. Bed was like laying on a piece of cardboard on concrete. Fridge rattled all night super loud and did not work well. Worst hotel I’ve stayed at in years!!!!!

We liked that we could have a quiet room close to the door on the first floor to make it easier with our special need dog. Staff was very kind and responsive to our requests for extra coffee, towels... We just wish for movies on demand of more channels available and a guide of operation for all the channels.

Unacceptable for Overnight Stay
Both beds (King and pullout) were extremely uncomfortable. Absolutely no cushion in the pullout mattress. King size bed is not quite a King (we have one at home.) Hair from previous guest was on the ceiling of the bathroom. Our reservation had 2 adults and a child, there were not enough towels for all of us. There was not enough bedding for the pullout, we kept calling the front desk from the room for about 30 min, no answer for 25 minutes around 9:30pm. Tried calling from the outside line, still no answer either. There were also no pots or pans for us to cook with. We could have saved over $100 and stayed at a Motel 6 and been happier.

This Homewood sucks
Good building, bad service. Pool was warmer than hot tub. Check-in was slow & I was the only one checking in. Asked for late check-out & was given 30 minutes but key didn't allow me in after noon so had to go back 3 times to get back into room to get my stuff. Kids were banging on the doors in the middle of the night & running away. When I called down to complain to get someone to stop them I was put on hold too long so I hung up to call again but no one even picked up the second time. When I asked about it the next morning they didn't know about it so it's not like they were busy taking complaints that night.

The computers were so slow it took about 20 minutes to give us room keys even though we had pre-booked and pre-paid for our room. It was about 9:00pm and the manger on duty was at the desk. Good restaurants in a nice shopping center just around the block.

Coffee maker was broken and asked 3 times for one and nothing ever showed up so we had no coffee in our room for 3 days. Also toilet was clogged when we got there and again asked for it to be fixed 3 times and nothing was done.

We had an event at the casino nearby and stayed a night here. We enjoyed our stay, It was a good family hotel and the pool area was nice. We also enjoyed the lounge and breakfast area.

Initially they put us in a room that smelled so strongly of urine, our eyes watered. We went to the front desk and Eric said they had no other rooms (it was only 5pm). No “sorry” or any solution. I told him either they find us a room or he needs to call other Hilton properties and find us a room. He went to the back and returned about 5 min later and gave us a different room. This one had no linens for the pull out, only 2 towels and 1 washcloth (they told us to come get them at the desk), the toilet ran nonstop, the tub faucet had a steady trickle and the door handle didn’t work properly. Will not stay again. Period

I was very disappointed in my stay for the amount of money I spent I expected more from the hotel. There was ants not only in the kitchen area but bedroom as well. It was gross. I called front desk to spray them , don’t think they did. Because also asked for extra towels and never received anything. I would like to request a full refund.
