Nice Hotel with Kitchen and indoor pool

Pros: Indoor poor and kitchen
Cons: make it look new.. Maybe remodel/renovation
We stayed there for new year Eve. Like the rooms with kitchen and indoor pool. But the hallway looks not so clean/new and fitness room is very small. The staff are very friendly and helpful if you have any need

Cat friendly, clean and grear customer service.

I spent three nights here unexpectedly beginning on christmas eve. I needed a hotel that accepts cats, called a few places and they recommended this hotel. The rooms are large, clean, well equipped (kitchen,sink,full sized refrigerator etc) and comfortable. Most importantly my cat felt safe and comfortable.The staff was very welcoming, professional and personable. Especially the night shift lady by the name Katiaria? Her name starts with a K(can't quite remember the exact name).Caucasian lady with brown hair.She has great customer service skills.

Favorite Roseville Hotel

We return to this location every year during the Holidays. We love the Residence. It is always very well-managed, clean and especially comfortable.

Good location. People at the desk were nice and helpful. The place looks like in desperate need of an update. Breakfast area was nice. Food was okay, I would not eat the sausage or hash browns.

Christmas trip

We always stay at this hotel for our yearly Christmas shopping weekend. The beds and bedding really need replacing. The sheets so worn you could see through them. No mattress pad on the couch bed or in the bag of bedding.

The Good & The Bad

Good Location, Good Staff, Great Breakfast BUT! Poor Housekeeping! Dirty gasses left in the room, counters not cleaned, room not vacuumed, disappointing.
