Easy and convenient

Pros: Decent breakfast buffett
Cons: Hotel located behind shopping center. Directions or signs through shopping center would have been nice. Mattress was worn and overdue to be replaced
Hotel was neat and clean, staff friendly. Room was a one bedroom suite with kitchenette, would have been great for family or extended stay.

Great Hotel

Great breakfast in the morning and fantastic snack in the afternoon that is a dinner. Enjoy returning to Rocklin!

Cons: We had a king bed. When one person rolled over, the entire bed shook.
Good hotel. A little close to the highway so we had to leave the window closed.

Not a good experience!!

This is the first time we were disappointed with our stay at Staybridge. It took them a little over 30 mins to get in our room which was making us late for an event. We asked for help getting to our event (i.e. A ride on them) for the inconvenience and all the can say is we are sorry. I guess they must have thought about it and called and offer to pay for a cab. TV only got one channel and all the stuff in the room to make coffee but no coffee maker. We were not happy at all.

A hidden gem

When you first get directions to hotel . It looks simple enough . Then you arrive and pass by and pass by and we'll you get the idea . At first I'm thinking Wow first time staying in a mall . Then you realize ohh it's in the back .. and when you arrive it's like Wow ! Well worth the price of admission .. eFlo

Very cozy and welcoming environment

The room was very nice and clean the bed was comfortable the staff was courteous and friendly however I could not adjust the settings on the air conditioner so the room was cold most of the time. I would recommend this hotel. I will definitely stay there again.

Passing through.

Pros: Nothing unexpected, nice place.
Cons: "Posted Signs" to indicate the path to follow to get to the hotel is so tiny in the shopping mall that I didn't see them (especially at night).
Location: I was just passing through. There are shopping right next to the hotel, I noted that there is a Mel's ice cream parlor very close by.
Nice place. Hard to fine even with a GPS; Everything else just fine..

Excellent place to stay near Thunder Valley

1st off hard to find but don't give up! It's behind a shopping center & gps will just say you arrived in the middle of a parking lot. So worth the effort to find. We were upgraded to a gorgeous suite! The breakfast bar in the morning is like eating out but you do it yourself, one of the best free breakfasts I've ever had w a hotel stay. Room was so clean & comfortable & I will definitely book w staybridge again. ONLY negative was house keeping. We didn't have to check out until noon, at 1045 despite having the do not disturb magnet on the door, they began banging on our door then attempted to open it. No thank you. Do not disturb is very clear. That won't keep me from booking again thou, just made me feel pushed. We went to a concert @ Thunder Valley & were also able to take advantage of the free shuttle to & from the venue! Really nice feature that saved us a lot of time!

its was a good experience and great rooms and worked with me . shuttle was a little late but it was a booked weekeend but i would stay there everytime i do go visit

Close to Concert Venue

Pros: Located near where we were attending a concert.
Cons: Nothing comes to mind.
Location: Thunder Valley Casino, Placer County wineries, usual shopping centers
This hotel is fairly close to Thunder Valley Casino. They have a summer outdoor concert season and this Staybridge Suites is within a 10 minute drive, plus there is a free shuttle to the casino if that fits your time frame. The hotel itself is a bit hard to find as it is located behind a shopping center and we never saw any signs directing us to its location. The hotel staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Guests seemed to be enjoying themselves. The rooms vary in size and are recently refreshed or the facility is fairly new. No complaints with the room. The elevator is slow so we used the stairs often. The complimentary breakfast is OK, better than some with hot scrambled eggs, hat has slices, and the usual waffles, cold cereal, granola, etc. We appreciated not having to leave the property to have breakfast.
