Room dirty looking / disgustijg

Rooms were dirt looking not to mention the bathroom a constant odour as if a pit was inside the bathroom . I don't smoke and my section that I wa staying was supposingly non - smoking but there was a permanent stale cigarette smell in the hallways. Pillows were disgustingly uncomfortable .

The room is clean. Environment is ok. The pool is a little small. Gym is acceptable. They got enough parking space. Breakfast is soso. Staffs are nice.

Pool doesn't open til 5pm M-F… :(

Pros: Friendly staff.
Cons: Open the pool at 10am every day.
Location: Shopping. Came here for an annual Fine Arts Competition.
Overall good. But we booked the hotel so the kids would have something to do before we had to go to our first event and were disappointed to find out they would not be able to use it. Due to that, we will not make this our place in future years. :(

Nice

The staff was exceptionally nice and the room was great except for the used bar of hairy soap left in the shower from the previous room occupant.

Fire the Saturday morning front desk clerk !

Bad experience with clerk at front desk. She told me there was no rooms ready after a maid just gave her a list of clean ones she gave to her verbally. When I confronted her about it she gave us a room of course top floor all the way at the end of the hallway. Ask her where the trash can was in the lobby and she just said over there.Asked a second time then she points to a trash can in the breakfast area that was over full and way far from the desk. I made myself a coffee and there was no trash can to throw my cup away. The pool is only open for sort times in the evenings and I made this reservation for the use of the pool. But this hotel won't tell you it's hours of operation or what time to check in if your using hotels.com. Bathroom fan didn't work and stained tub bottom badly. I feel like I was ripped of my money and tricked. Buy some trash cans.

Nice Hotel

Very nice hotel, very clean and the rooms are good size. The bathrooms are ENORMOUS. Free breakfast in the morning was good as well.

Staff was friendly, bed was comfotable, & hotel was very clean. Advertises hot breakfast but all food on the so called hot bar was microwavable:pancakes, eggs, sausage biscuits, etc.that was the only disappointment considering they have a full kitchen and offer hotel guests room service all day long with quite the impressive menu.Great hotel and would stay there again.

Had a very nice conversation with Mr. Patel. He was very cooperative to our needs. It was very nice to have him acknowledge us each and every morning, or evening of our 5 night stay there. I truly believe he has what it takes to be in such a position that he currently holds. And with the drive, and ambition to excel in future promotions with Country Inn & Suites.
