I have reviewed this property many times. My only disappointment was that they got rid of the cheese omelette and potatoes a few visits back and now they got rid of the biscuits and gravy. One day they had only scrambled eggs and the next day only sausages. Those two should probably be served together. They still have the pancake machine though. Most hotels have waffles, so it’s a nice change. I mentioned in my last review why they stopped serving the good stuff. Monaco at the front desk is always smiling, happy and helpful. Martha is always great too. I mentioned a few reviews ago about the odor coming from the p-trap and the solution, but it was still there.

Room was clean and roomy but since coming here in November up unil April the breakfast has changed to be awe full . Looks like management has changed and they only serve breakfast meat twice a week and when they do serve meat they don’t serve eggs and visa/ versa. I would give the hotel a 7 only because of the breakfast menu .

I’ve been staying here for years. They had the best breakfast of cheese omelettes, potatoes, biscuits and sausage gravy, pancakes, sausages and the usual fare. However, about a year and a half ago, a new owner took over. They discontinued the cheese omelettes and potatoes. They still had scrambled eggs, biscuits and sausage gravy when I was here in December. On this visit, I noticed no more sausage gravy and biscuits. They had s scrambled eggs two days and sausage, but no eggs the other day. I asked Vic at the front desk why they got rid of all the things that were great. He told me that the Days Inn only requires them to have a continental breakfast. Anything else is above and beyond. I guess it all comes down to money. Martha at the front desk is great, she always has been. She knows where all the good places to eat are and all the attractions. She said I should try Bwitches, a sandwich shop and I should order the chicken salad. I went 40 minutes before they closed, but they were out of the chicken salad. I went back today and the lady said I was only the second person to order the chicken salad today. It was very good. Thanks, Martha.

The toilet was covered in urine, there was an inch and a half gap beneath the foot to the room…. Other guests were revving motorcycles at 12am…. I would not stay here again

My husband forgot his phone in our room. The motel phoned us to let us know the cleaning person found it. Monica, the person at the motel who was in charge helped us work through whatever was needed to get our phone picked up by UPS. She was very kind and helpful. She put the phone in a box and added a label we had emailed to the motel. She went the extra mile to be helpful. The room was nice and clean. I loved the sheets! They were the nicest I have ever slept in!

If you like a very, very firm mattress this is the place to stay! The room was clean, the shower was hot and had good water pressure and breakfast was what I expected. All in all an adequate place to spend a night or two while traveling.

Just Passing through and needed a place to stop. Looks renovated. It was clean and the breakfast was good. Only downside was hearing the loud exhausts from certain cars or trucks driving by but thats not the motel’s fault.

Nice clean affordable property only downside was someone thought it would be a good idea to argue with their boyfriend at 5am in the room next door and had to keep asking them to shut the f up but other than that it was great the heater actually worked too so that was amazing with the 30 degree weather

Room was very clean and looks recently remodeled. We left the fan on in the bathroom overnight and in the morning it had a very bad smell. Exterior is very outdated. If you’re just looking for a bed to get some rest traveling it’s a good place to stay.

My spouse and I miscommunicated about the reservation, so I’ll start by saying that, while the room wasn’t expensive, we probably could’ve stayed at a higher-end brand for the same price in Roswell. It’s an older property but clean. Our room was nicely decorated and remodeled in parts though the tub should’ve been replaced and a few spots were already showing wear and tear. There was only a bit of street noise. The walls were especially thin since I could hear the neighbor coughing throughout the night. We’ve stayed in 4 Wyndham properties from 3 brands this trip, and they’ve all had the same horrible, hard, lumpy, square pillows. Likewise, the breakfasts have all been so boring and cheap we’ve stopped eating at the hotel.

Front desk was very friendly,nice location Nothing fancy with room,it was clean amd comfy. The only downside was the room next to us has a let and it was barking a lot since morning and won’t stay quite at all which made us all wake up early and check out sooner than planned.

We stay here at least twice a year when we are traveling through Roswell. For the price is very comfortable and pet friendly. Martha was a welcoming have when we arrived after being on the road for 10hrs.

I always stay here on my cross-country trips in April, May, November and December. I’ve been staying 2 nights in each direction, but would like to increase the days on my next trip. The staff are very nice, the rooms are great, the location is great, and the breakfast is good. The breakfast use to be great when they had the cheese omelettes and potatoes. Please bring them back! If I remember correctly, the hotel does not have a washer and dryer. If it did, I would do my laundry there.

Very comfortable stay
The staff is very friendly and they were very helpful in getting me a room on the main floor. The room was very clean and the bed is comfortable but the bed is very tall and hard to get into. The door needs to be fixed at the bottom, there is a gap that is about 2 inches by 5 inches.

This is the only place I stay when going to Roswell. I’m there April, May, November and December. The staff are always nice, the rooms were renovated recently, the bed is great and so is the breakfast. My only complaint is they don’t have the cheese omelettes and potatoes anymore.
