Nice enough

The room was ok. They could have vacuumed a lot better. There was no screen on the bathroom window. We did get a smoking room, so when we opened the window, we ended up with flies in our room. The free hot breakfast was good, I had the waffles. One lady got a sneezing attack, and the the hotel worker came over and asked her to move away from the food until she was done. Then got disinfectant out and cleaned the area. I was very happy to see that. All in all, we had a pleasant stay. I would go there again. Also was close to everything.

could be better

Pros: nothing
Room was clean but had smell of some type of room fresher covering up smoke. Halls and corrideors were very dirty trash and cig butts all over place. Desk clerk on check in could careless. No help did not know any info on wifi or location on anyting stay some other place

Friendly staff. Convenient location. Grocery store too far away. Busy hotel lots of overnight travelers

Poor hotel

Maria was excellent checking us in however the room had a dead bug on the bed, the toilet was broken, and the wall socket didn't work. Also a very poor breakfast buffet, no meat or fruit or even a bagel.

Cons: I would recommend putting screens on the bathroom window.
Great locations, just across the street from an awesome restaurant. I didn't use the pool, but it looked nice. The internet was a bit slow, but it wasn't an issue. I would stay there again. Very comfortable.

Beyond my Expectation!

As a Mom traveling alone just to visit my Son was not my priority to go to the five star hotel, what's important to me is the Hotel that is nearest to New Mexico Military Institute. I have no idea what kind of Hotel was that but Whalaa, got the best price... room was clean, impressed of the fresh smell inside the room and the staff are very helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend this Hotel, esp. to those family visiting NMMI...literally it's just across the street. .

It was decent enough for 1 night

There were things like mildew on the shower curtain rod, the bathroom sink water faucets being switched (hot was cold, cold was hoot, and the bathroom ceiling missing a coat of paint, the outside smelling pretty bad and the internet not working that yea, it was decent enough for 1 night. The breakfast staff were very kind and the breakfast was great.
