I didn’t like that our room obviously previously had animals in it , it had a funny smell like wet dog, my son saw 3 bugs in the room & our room next door had a barking dog. My skin was itchy after sleeping there.

Very noisy street traffic,. All exterior doors slam as well hotel rooms. When other guests coming and going all night makes for a very sleep deprived stay. Breakfast mediocre with cold food and anything actually healthy.

The staff was welcoming she was amazing and gave us information regarding dining at walking distance of our stay. The place is absolute clean and the beds are comfortable to rest in. The only downfall is they charge for parking idk why the charge there is no security for the vehicles not is a gated parking lot

Clean and user friendly. Does not have as many amenities as some other Fairfield’s that we have stayed in. We don’t think that paying $10 for parking is fair or reasonable.

Newly built/renovated property, walkable to downtown and restaurants makes this an ideal location. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, too! We were woken by first a train, then a helicopter (Military Academy right down the road), then cows moo’ing in the night. Maybe ask to stay in their quietest area to fully enjoy your stay.

Overall the property was nice, room was nice and very clean, nice and helpful staff. The only downside to the place was that the trash cans out front were overflowing and the breakfast choices could use some changing. We were only there a night and arrived at night, leaving early morning, so didn’t get to explore much but enjoyed our restful stay

The hot tub was not available despite being advertised that it was. We booked a standard king room but were given a fully accessible room with a raised toilet and a roll in shower. The hotel advised they could not provide us with the room we had booked. We asked for the manager to contact us to discuss our dissatisfaction but no one got back to us. When you use a third party booking app, you become a second rate customer and may not get the room you booked. There is a regular parking lot in front and beside the hotel with no special fencing or security but we were charged an additional $10/day to park. There were no wash cloths in the room and the towels were greyish in colour and looked dirty.

Pretty clean other than the pill & cherry pit my dog almost ate. He found some socks under the bed as well. Front desk was horrible to deal with. Woman was overwhelmed and took it out on me. She stated Hotels.com did not send them the correct info then accused us of monitoring it. Was calling me after check in when we were trying to have dinner to further give us a hard time about what Hotels.com supposedly did not relay.

Didn’t appreciate having to pay $10 per day for parking. I can understand parking charges at the Westin St. Francis in downtown San Francisco, but for a Fairfield Inn in Roswell, N.M.? That's ridiculous. Room was fine/adequate but showing some use/age. Wallpaper is peeling in a couple of locations which indicates a lack of attention to detail and lack of maintenance. Breakfast was mediocre, at best, although my compliments on the large fluffy waffles. Those are a hit.

The breakfast was perfect, my kids loved it. The only thing that we didn't like was that once we went for breakfast, the lady was cleaning our room and we couldn't go back. We hadn't checked out yet. It was dissapointing.

The property was very nice, only complaint is I didn’t see that they charged for parking until I was registering. I missed it in the description of the property. Also our door didn’t lock properly but no one tried to break in.

The hotel is perfectly fine, and the staff at the front desk is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is better than a lot of hotels like this.
