It was terrible experience

It was terrible experience we had a bad experience was so much noise inside the hotel it was a construction people were there within the building

Very nice

It was a very nice hotel, the staff was really friendly. It was in a great area. Rooms were very clean, beds were nice and comfortable

Pros: the people the nice rooms just everything
Location: had work not far from hotel Nice places to eat
I was very pleased wiht everything about the hotel

Very nice hotel.

Pros: The cleanliness.
Cons: Thinner pillows.
Location: Didn't leave the room, so don't know.
We only stayed over night but found the room clean, bed and pillows soft. For me though the pillows were to thick. I have severe arthritis in my next. Pillows were 4 to 5 inches thick which made my neck hurt from being propped up. Otherwise the room was very good.

No frills, but decent value

I stayed here for a week on business. The rooms are clean, safe, and functional. On a stay this long, I would have appreciated slightly more breakfast options, and an in-room refrigerator. My only complaint about my room is that hot water was a little uneven - I took some lukewarm showers. For the price, however, the room was a solid value.

Not treated right

I said I was not going to go back there but had to have a place to stay. But I got the same unfriendly treatment I experienced the previous time. You should not be made to feel like you are coming to the prison to talk to the warden. To me, attitude is everything and you don't have it there, at least towards me. And the condition of your facility compared to your North Point hotel is definitely not as good. I was put on the first floor almost in the same room which was definitely not a good experience at all.
