Extremely disappointing!

Arrival: Welcome mat at entrance stained and hallway carpet had a long visible stain. Room: Hair in bath tub. Room had a musty unpleasant smell. Mattress needed to be replaced. Paint above shower and on bathroom door chipped off. Rust on chrome bath towel holder wall mount.

Pros: very centrally located, friendly.
Cons: Cleaning
There was animal stains on the carpet and you could smell animal urine.

Located near dog park

Pros: location and dogs stay for free.
Cons: I hate all the empty calories for breakfast and the fake eggs or pre-mixed eggs aren't delicious. Would love it if the choices weren't so processed.
I really like LQ because dogs are allowed at no additional cost. And this location is near lots of green space for walking. Area seemed safe. The beds were comfortable, the refrigerator and microwave came in handy. I'd say the A/C unit wasn't that powerful but it was a very, very hot week so maybe it was overworked.

Very nice hotel, clean room

We enjoyed our stay. Hotel isn't too far from the UFO Museum and shopping.

Cons: Replace matresses on a regular bases.
Location: Roswell has a year festival that I like to go to but I will not be able to attend due to the poor condition of hotel matresses.
the bed was worn on theside next to the phone. When I went to sit ont he bed my hip dislocated and had to call the ambulacne. I had to go to the hospital to hve it put back inplace. Then I was to afraid it would happen again I decided to go home instead of enjoying the weekend and the conference I had planned to attend. I am unable to get a refund from the conference. So needless to say I am very disappointed with my stay. Melanie

Great place, the breakfast area was a little small for all the guests trying to get breakfast and would have helped had they had waffle mix already poured in to cups to speed the process as I've seen at other locations but perhaps lack of space is the reason or the flies. Otherwise great and clean place.

Check in disaster

The clerk was not very friendly. We were tired and did not get the room reserved. No crib sheets were provided. Really?

Clueless staff

When I was checking the young man helping us walked out behind the counter with my driver license and credit card and went into an office to ask the housekeeping if our room was ready. Mind you it was after 5:00pm so our room should have been ready. The hotel allows pets, but it smelled like pee! Dogs barking and pee in the hallways. Breakfast was very laking and people bring in the dogs.
