As soon as i got to the the staff was so nice told me wjat there is to do around town told me about a festival they have in july . We loved our stay here

Pros: the area was nice and quiet, loved the free breakfast
loved the area went to museums visited my daughter

we had to move to a different room tub would not drain.

Disgusting Rooms

We ordered food as soon as we got into our room and as we dug in Cockroaches came out of everywhere! We left our food and literally tossed EVERYTHING into our car in complete disarray.It was so DISGUSTING. Roswell NM room 117. I even have photos.

i work in the oil and gas industry , I book on line, , I just plain tired , the lady at the front desk was very helpful, I was glad that she took time out to make sure that I was comfortable, that a first in a will , she did a outstanding service, I give this place 5 but no coffee pot in bed rooms, lol, I was

Pleasant stay

It's an older building but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and helpful and answered questions suitably. They were able to correct a minor problem quickly.

Small, clean inexpensive hotel. I stay there regularly and have never had an issue. Sausage and eggs for breakfast is nice. Always been quiet place to stay.

Vaping manager, dirty room, rotten breakfast food

They also closed the pool one month early, But did not state that on the website. The manager said that there was a problem they painted the pool because it rained. When we arrived, the manager said she was almost done cleaning our rooms. She gave us the room key but she never showed up to finish cleaning. The bathroom was covered with long straight hair, and I had to clean the tub before I stepped in it., But did not state that on the website. The manager said that there was a problem they painted the pool because it rained The fruit of the best breakfast buffet was bruised and moldy can see from the attached picture. Also the manager refused to provide a refund.

Thank you for your feedback. Our pool is advertised as seasonal and therefor we close the pool when we feel necessary due to weather. We never give a key out when a room is not ready to be checked into so I feel as tho it's strongly possible you're confusing our hotel and the photos with another stay of yours. I hope you enjoyed the rest of your travels.
