"Walking distance to the city centre ie. around half hour to get to all important tourist attractions. Very clean and the buffet breakfast was excellent. "

Por ejemplo fuimos al front desk a decirles que no podíamos ver la TV y el nos contestó que la TV ahí estaba que como no la podíamos ver quiero pensar que se quiso pasar de chistoso pero no creo que es el trato que merece un cliente sobre todo si el comentario se lo expresó a mi esposa. Al día siguiente le pedimos a la recamarera que no hiciera el cuarto aún ya que subíamos a desayunar y en seguida teníamos un tour. Nuestra petición fue ignorada y cuando regresamos de desayunar estaban haciendo la limpieza del cuarto."
