The location of this hotel is great as it is literally a block away from the main square. They also have a pretty decent selection at breakfast. As for the room quality, it was not as I expected for the price we paid. We were on the second floor and the walls were thin so we can hear our neighbor's conversation and as our room was on the second floor on the main Street where the entrance of the hotel was, I didnt sleep very well due to the noise.

Excellent location and valuePosted Oct 3, 2015
Pros: Upkeep and cleanliness of hotel/rooms, and use of their garage.
Cons: Be prepared to either carry your bag, or have it carried upstairs, since there is no elevator in this hotel.
My wife and I stayed at this hotel when visiting Rothenburg for the second time. We found the hotel to be quite charming. The breakfast was what you'd expect with a European hotel, and the dinner restaurant was well attended (we chose to eat elsewhere for other reasons).

Very helpful staffPosted Sep 22, 2015
I arrived at the hotel at 11:30am. It was too early but just tried my luck if I could leave the luggage there. The staff there was having lunch. But the staff immediately let me have the room. One even took my luggage to the room. The room was clean. Overall the hotel was excellent. It was just 3 minutes walk to the town square.

Nice location in the Old town centrePosted Sep 8, 2015
Pros: Nice location.
It is a nice hotel with a great location close to the old town centre (Rathaus). The room is great. However there is no lift and no air-conditioning. But thanks to the staff who borrowed us a fan from their own office so that we can sleep well in the hot summer time.

The hotel is very close to the center of the city, that's why it is a bit difficult to access by the car if you need to carry big suitcases to the hotel in the evening, you can park a car in front of the hotel when you check out in the morning until 11 am, however I don't have any problem at the rest of things, I can say the hotel provides you a good service.

En el casco antiguoPosted Aug 23, 2015
Pros: Ubicacion en el centro
Cons: Habitaciones. Actitud de alguno de los empleados y empleadas.
Location: En el centro del pueblo medieval.
Hotel bien ubicado en el casco antiguo. Sencillo y limpio. Caro. Buen restaurante. Personal seco excepto la dueña. Habitación interior sin nada de encanto. Buen restaurante. Desayuno normal. Tiene parquíng propio justo detrás. Habitación sin aire acondicionado y hacia mucho calor.
