You are absolutely right, the outside temperatures are increasing year on year. We therefore try our utmost to keep the heat out and provide fans for the rooms. We therefore equipped our second hotel with air conditioning as soon as we opened in 2018. Retrofitting in the Villa Mittermeier would only be manageable with considerable effort and could not be pursued yet due to various challenges.After your complaint, we have instructed our caretaker to de-cool the shower and check the drain. Your room will be cleaned daily during the day. Your door card with the light grey "still counting sheep" page was hanging on your door, so hotel staff do not enter your room or only enter it in case of emergency. We respect our guests' wishes for privacy. As lead cleaning is not an emergency, our housekeeping team has left a basket of fresh towels and toiletries at your door. Our team is always available to assist with the transport of your luggage, if this is not done automatically, all you need to do is let us know. If a lift is essential for your stay, just give us a hint, because we have lifts in most of the hotel and most of the rooms can be reached by them. Only in the old building are a few rooms only accessible by stairs. If you give us the chance to win back your trust, we guarantee to do our best to ensure that you have as good an experience with us as other guests.Best Regards
