Reasonably price for such a nicely renovated motel! Couple of utilities could be added for example and extra bin in the bathroom, but overall great experience staying there! Would definitely recommend friends and family

Spacious, great view of sun set, beautiful bathroom. Parking was a little tight, but they did offer better options. Walls are thin, so you could hear your neighbours. Other than that it was a good stay.

It wasn't too far from where we needed to go or near the downtown area. The staff was friendly. They upgraded us to a bigger and better suite. The area was really safe and quiet. I know it's been a while, since we were there, but they gave us chocolate to write review. I'd definitely go back again. It's also near a bus stop. Yeeahh.. very clean and good bang for ya buck.

We had a lovely stay at the Brylin Motel. We stayed in one of the rooms facing the road. I was a bit worried the traffic noise would be too loud, but it was not too bad with the front windows closed and it died down in the evening so we weren't weren't bothered by it overnight. Charmaine on reception was absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

The staffs were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable, providing us with a restful night's sleep. One of the highlights of our stay was the luxurious spa bath, which offered the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring the area. Overall, our time at Brylin exceeded all expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

The staff were super friendly and very responsive to any requests. However, there were some things that made my stay somewhat uncomfortable. I was in a two bedroom unit. The bedroom upstairs had a skylight and no windows (some what claustrophobic). There was no way of controlling the light so it was very bright in the room from very early to very late in the day (I was there in summer). The bedroom downstairs had no aircon and received direct sunlight all day so it would get very hot.

The people were very friendly and the space worked really well for us. They have recently put in new carpets, but could do with better quality living/dining furniture. Also should have been cleaner - hoovering - bits behind the tv and under heater, worktop sticky plus a beer had exploded and frozen in the freezer. The bedding and towels were lovely and clean.

Nice warm welcoming staff Smaller awkward angle car park. Limited access time to reception Not enough towels supply for the no. of people to stay. Smoke alarm went off suddenly without reason at night. Floor creaks but sounds proof wall? made quieter most of the time.

Lovely unit with lots of space including 2 seperate bedrooms from living area. Big bathroom, shower had great water pressure and was very clean and tidy. Big spa although didnt have time to use it.

Photos haven’t been updated on this website. But accomodation has been fully refurbished! Had everything you need! It was very clean and one day we forgot to say yes for house keeping. We arrived home and a staff member double checked if we are okay and needed a top up on anything or fresh towels. Parking is hard if you’re not an experienced driver. We had an SUV but still found the parking okay for us. Highly recommend for family’s. Will visit again!

Super friendly staff from as soon as i walked into reception. Room was of very good size, clean, fresh and modern. Comfortable beds, good heating, free wifi, cooking facilities and cutlery, large bathroom with a spa bath. If you are looking for an affordable clean, comfy and modern place to stay i highly recommend staying here. Next time im back in Rotorua i'll definitely stay here !!!!

Light in funny place kitchen. Tap kitchen hand broken. Pillows need replaced. Fan in bathroom need replaced or cleaned. Rust fittings in bathroom. Number one problem poor parking. If you have big car going have problem get out.

Cute little place for an overnighter. Good location and comfy beds. The parking is terrible though and if full house, is almost impossible to get in and out of due to the lay out.

The stay exceeded our expectation for a motel. We enjoy the duplex with lot of space, an equiped kitchen, big L shape couch in the living room, jacuzzi in the bath room, sensible lighting in rooms, plenty of amenities provided and friendly staffs.
