This would be a normal 3 Star hotel (think Springhill, Garden Inn, but no gym and smaller). But there is no world that this is a 5 Star hotel. There are no special amenities, breakfast is ehh and extra, somewhat noisy halls, and outside of check in, we did not receive any service. The person who checked us in was polite, but that was it. The bathrooms are small, 1 small window in a corner of the small room.
Again, it is not a bad hotel, but it is a bad “5 Star” hotel. There are better options, and this should really be re-rated
To somehow be rated a 5 Star hotel (like a Waldorf, Ritz, etc) is inane. There was not enough hotel parking, there is no valet. And we were told we would have to park on the street and then move my 9 am to avoid ticketing
