The stove doesn’t indicate the heat gauge and the frying pan was terrible. Otherwise a nice stay. $10/load of laundry.

Very poor cleaning, room was filthy. Hair on the bathroom sing and pillow. Shower filthy and shower head just poured like a tap, not like a shower head at all Light in toilet was flicking. Very old and dated motel. I've stayed at hundreds of hotels and this was the worst

The rooms are tired and could use an upgrade … the lady who checked us in was OK -but not very helpful. The lady(maybe the manager) we saw the next AM when we had some items that needed to be attended to in the room was very friendly and helpful and got the job done . We would give her a 10/10.

We paid over priced rooms close to a grand for 2 rooms. Room 5 had water leak from fridge on white tile which was invisible. My little nephew fell and got hurt. Carpets are so dirty. U will only know if u wipe it with wipes etc. Room 14 had Spa not working.spa buttons were sealed since they don’t work. Mast bedRoom bed light switch button about to pop off and light not working. Dangerous of little ones touch popped switch button. Extremely dirty carpets. Hair dryer rear safety Shield missing. Wife’s hair got sucked in. I had to cut her hair to remove dryer. Radio in room is sitting without any wire/power cable. Can’t use it.whats the point ? Noise from next door visitors so loud that u can’t sleep. Their spa made lots of sound as well. Parking space is horrible. Next door visitors hitting car with their doors. Turning space limited.

The rooms are spacious though summer would prefer an air con. The TV was not working despite Manager coming to try and fix it.

We had room 20 which fit 11 people, spacious, and family friendly however it needs some renovation and change of furniture. Dirty couch and seats around the bedrooms. Toilet upstairs is very small and shower on the ground is dirty. Not much pans to cook your big family a meal and no staff around after 7pm to ask for more pans but manager managed to send a staff to bring another pan to cook which was a bit late.

They took two hours to respond and confirm my booking, in that time i had to book somewhere else i rang several times and had to leave a message to them not to take my booking. Staff were rude and the service is terrible dont book here. They are a scam.

Surprisingly Quiet & Huge Room
Great room, had the large ground floor one at the front and it was really large, with a nice kitchen, lounge, dining table, spa (we did not use) and comfortable bed. Wifi was also good. Staff were really nice and helpful. Being really picky, only comments would be no ice cube maker available, nor was room serviced every day, but neither really mattered to us as, when I asked, I was given some ice. Hotel is a little way out of town, but this is no issue as there is free parking in town even during the week and there were also plenty of buses. We did not book a motel on Fenton St for our first visit to Rotorua as we thought it would be too noisy, but this was not the case with the Coachman. We had a room facing the road and it is quiet at night. Wish I had booked here the first time as it was only marginally more expensive that the first place we stayed and heaps better (and because we booked late, had to have the largest room as well - smaller rooms looked good too). Would definitely stay there again.

Loved the fact the spa pool was enclosed allowing us to leave the sliding door open at night. The carparking spaces were way to tight. We chose to park in the visitors carpark. Otherwise suited our needs.

First class service from the tome o checked in with Anja at reception to the amenities. Clean and homely. Enjoyed the spa and pressure of the shower. Just an overall great getaway experience to recharge.

The spa was nice. Neigbours noisy talks continued until 01 am, then they started spa running water that could be heard throughout the whole room. Bad light, worn carpets, yellow walls old and outdated.
