Thanks so much for the informative review- Yes we do have to replace our untensils often as guests seem to forget to remove them from their luggage. Our microwaves are replaced every 3 months as the sulfur in rotorua upsets the chrome or appliances.

Thanks so much Russel. Glad it was the aircon issue as you had a great newly refurbed room. We dont advertise aircon, so you would have known this before booking. Aircon units suffer with our sulfur and causes so many issues for the owners and users. Revamp is happening, there will be no playground out the front soon as 40 more units will be built there over the next 12 months.

OMG, I am astounded. The beds are brand new, from hospitality suppliers. Vendella actually. You chose a very busy period and we were unable to put you in another room with the same beds. However our staff member did mention this to you and offered you another place to stay if you chose to. At that stage you said no and agreed to stay..You did book for 2 Adults and 2 children knowing there were only 2 x queen beds in the unit..BUT your adult children chose to sleep together. I do hope you have a successful 2024 and your life just blossoms.
