Another lovely stay.
The hotel has newly refurbished plodding and bar now I hope that the rooms will follow. Whilst the rooms are looking dated and worn. The hotel staff keep them clean and in the best condition possible given their age. The beds are large and comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and have an amazing amount of hot water.

Honeymoon suite
Nice hotel, pleasing appearance, booked a suite, was upgraded to the honeymoon suite, Aesthetically pleasing inside, with one exception, en-suite bathroom had all glass walls, there is nothing romantic about sitting on the toilet while your partner looks on, aside from that an excellent stay.

It is close 2 miles to a main motorway. The breakfast is a delight a cook mix of traditional Dutch and English breakfast.

Unexpected stay due to circumstances beyond control but excellent hotel, welcoming staff, great lobby, bar nice. Room was a twin room which was spacious. Would stay again to use more of the facilities available

The swimming pool was broken which was very annoying. We booked this hotel because of its swimming pool. Its spa was very old and basic.

Nice hotel but a little dated and showing it’s age
The check in was friendly and helpful the room was clean and comfortable if a little noisy from the nearby main road.

ice in the Restaurant
The hotel is somewhat dated and offer a limited choice in the restaurant. Staff are friendly. Whilst eating in the restaurant I noticed a mouse looking up at me from under the grating that goes around the restaurant. When I reported this to the waitress she said that someone else saw one tonight as well. I must admit this is a little worrying as they set up for breakfast at the end of the night and I'm sure the mice will come up through the grill !!

Quite queen room hotel stay.
Extended my stay three times, the rate varies depending on day which was by @100 euros over the nine days. Was a quiet stay & glad for that.

Decent hotel far from the centre of Rotterdam
Biz trip but hotel is quite out of the way and we from Rotterdam and also quite far from europort .however price was only marginally cheaper than a hotel in central Rotterdam . But I’m sure it is good for some who have work nearby...

Easy to find with lots of parking. Swimming pool. Restaurant & bar with lots of shops nearby. Room queen size is spacious with coffee machine & water available for you.

Very friendly staff over phone/at check in. Small pastries provided for free at check-in. Room was clean with nice amenities. Quiet, located ~15-20 minutes drive from city center. Was perfect for New Year's Eve to be away from the noise of fireworks. Did not have time to experience spa/restaurant.

Fantastic staff at reception. Very helpful and welcoming. The heating in my room was not working. Very cold. I was moved to anotherroom the second night.

Top notch guest services. Excellent dining. Breakfast buffet was awesome! Large clean room. Free parking. Glad to have safe in room. Associates are very accomodating. Health Centre is comfortable and clean. Attendant on site. Overall fantastic experience!
