When we put on the a/c at midnight (we arrived in late and my wife had gone to bed), the a/c had an unbearable squeak (it was bad!). We told receptionist who was very sympathetic and gave us the alternative of moving room or supplying a little electric fan. We took the latter as we were not prepared at that time to repack and move when my wife was in bed! On asking for an allowance off the room, the staff were rater unpleasant and refused point blank. I found this wrong as we had a poor night without the facilities for which we had already paid through Expedia. No amount of negotiation would change theIr mind. A poor show!!

Wonderful staff, good breakfast, comfortable beds, close to metro into the city centre. Clean and tidy and full of nice touches

I would recommend this hotel. Good rooms, nice restaurant ,good for families. The only thing was the bathroom could have been more looked after. There was mould on the ceiling but overall clean

Thie hotel is very clean, and nice palce to stay in Rotterdam. Parking is also very easy and nice.

The hotel room was lovely and a very good size, facilities were excellent and staff were attentive

smell causes us sad

Non-smoking Hotel? someone smoke in the corridor but no staff know, we feel disgusting
