Stay at the Holiday Inn Express

Carpet was sticky dirty. Head boards had hand marks and possibly other parts of the body oils left in them. Sheets and beds were clean and comfortable. Really think some sort of breakfast food/ drinks should be available.

Hi Samantha, Sorry to hear you did not get to experience our Holiday Inn Express breakfast selections. We do provide a large hot breakfast between the following hours each morning. Disgusting Carpet!

I would have rated higher but I was bothered by two things. First, it would have been nice if I were given a choice to turn down the handicap room prior to opening the door to the room and discovering it on my own. I didn't want to bother with asking to move because I had too many things going on and it would have been inconvenient. I do not like handicap rooms and do not feel comfortable in them. Second, the carpet although appeared clear of debris and clean, felt disgusting. This overshadowed my entire experience. The room was constantly humid and I have no doubt that the carpet hasn't been cleaned in months if not years. YUCK!. I didn't even feel comfortable walking barefoot from the closet to the bed! DISGUSTING!!!
