Pros: Cleanliness.
Cons: Iron for clothes in the room.
Location: Just at I35 (highway) and close to the Premium Outlet. Easy to go to Austin Tech area.
Great cost x benefit. My room had a very clean hard floor. The only problem is the bathroom that is very very small.

We got in late at night and needed Kleenex and an extra pillow. Staff could not provide this.

Room was good. Only thing was bathroom walls could use some cleaning, overall I was very happy with the choice of this motel. Bedding was very clean floors were very clean! Would definitely reserve room again!!

Only Stay Here if You Can't Afford Anything Else

Room: As soon as I stepped into the room, two or three flies were buzzing around the room, there were cigarette burns on the sheets, the counters were grimy, a frame around the TV was ripped off and the glue was exposed, NONE of the towels looked clean (all but one of the towels had permanent stains on them) and they were all very rough. My room didn't even have a security latch! I only had the protection of the dead bolt. In their defense, I did request an early check in. MAYBE if I checked in two hours later at regular time, the room would have been clean. Pet Owners: The one redeeming quality of this motel is that there are plenty of grass strips around the perimeter of the property to take your pets out to use the restroom/walk around. Immediate Surrounding Area: The property grounds seemed relatively safe; there weren't suspicious people loitering around the area, which can tend to happen at cheaper motels.

Meh, It's What You Pay For

The hotel's new design is nice. Our neighbors for the weekend would leave their dog in the room by itself, barking. Granted, it was a smoking room, the smell of smoke was still thick our room. Lastly, there's no iron. It was an okay stay.

Good for the price

The room was OK. It was clean and the service was good at the front desk. The room had been remodeled but, the workmanship lacked a little. It is difficult to compare and rate when used to staying in better but, for the price, I was satisfied. The bed was a bit hard for my liking.

Nice and Clean, but no coffee

Nice and clean room and hotel. Fresh feeling to it, but no coffee or toiletries in room and no breakfast

Got what I paid for.

Cigarette burn holes in the hotel sheets party next door. Was a lower rate and price hotel.
