We loved the massage chair in the room. The rooms were overall clean and the hotel was in a very accessible location to the highway. Austin was a short drive away and Round Rock's many amenities were closeby too.

Awful loud neighbors, dirty room, I want to be ref

1. Stinky room, smelled mildew 2. Hair in bathtub 3. I call room service help arrived 30 min later 4. I cleaned tub with towel asked for additional towel was denied 5. Please see pictures of toilet

Good room for the money.

This is a pretty good room for the price. I have stayed here multiple times. The outside of the hotel doesn't look all that great but the rooms are nice and seem to be somewhat recently renovated. I have stayed here multiple times now and don't have any complaints other than the lack of a coffee maker in the room itself.

Reservation was for 4 people but they only had 2 towels and wash cloths in the room. When I requested more for my whole family to be able to take showers the person at the front desk told me they did not have access to them and the house keepers would have to get them the next morning. The next morning I woke up early so that we could shower before having to be somewhere by 9AM and the same person at the desk told me that he would not have access to the towels until 9AM. They finally brought extra towels but not wash cloths. The bed was uncomfortable and the room seemed dirty. There was a phone in the room but no hand set on the phone so there was no way to call anyone including the front office. Our overall stay was uncomfortable and we will never stay at a hotel like this again.

Adequate is Best Description

About what you would expect. Bear in mind, this is a Motel 6. Basic accommodations at fairly reasonable price. Neighborhood and clientele a little sketchy; road noise from I35. Room was clean and A/C worked. A coffee maker would be nice. Building not terribly well maintained, but not awful.

Don't recommend

The price and room seemed ok but the hotel ac wasn't working right and after the firstnight everything in my room was soaked. Manager there said he never heard of that happening. I call motel 6 higher up and apparently that happens a lot. Ac shuts off during the night, and that temperature difference creates condensation. I had to go into work with all my clothes very damp. They didn't even want to switch my room or anything for the remainder of my stay. I had to deal with it. Will never stay there again.
