"There is obviously a lot to of remodeling and upgrades going on. New hot tub was not installed. Bathrooms, beds and kitchen were nice. Floors and windows were very dirty. There were no bath washcloths. Perhaps they are not included. The wood exterior side walk is dangerous and needs replaced."

"The communication with the host was great, owner was lovely. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. Air conditioning is important to us, especially with a humid summer. The amenities said Air Conditioning, not wall unit. We arrived during a very humid heat wave.
