All great... but just in photos
Ther is just one premium mobile home faced to th pool. All others are with the side to the pool, so they can put more to one pool. The rooms are much smaller than in the photos. The towels in the room were unwound and torned. The waterpark in the water was missing and the sun-beds were all tied up and we couldn’t use / rent them.

Awesome facility, needs attention to detail
The facility itself and what the complex has to offer was fantastic, beach, pools, coffee and bars, plenty for kids. The let down was our Air conditioner in the room, needed major cleaning by professionals as the filters were extremely clogged with bugs and dust to the point where it was a feeding ground for spiders. Cleanliness of the rooms otherwise was sufficiently done by the general cleaning staff and I had interaction with them they were extremely pleasant.

This is our second stay at Polaris and the staff are very friendly and always make you feel welcome but there are some negatives to this site. 1. A small bottle of water purchased alongside the pool is 21Kn (approx. £2.70 or 3 Euros with the current tourist exchange rate) and is nothing less than an insult to the people paying to stay here. Walk 20m across the road and you can buy 7L of the stuff for 19.99Kn! 2. Don’t buy a token for the washing machine unless you fully intend to use it. We bought a token for 50Kn (approx. £6.30 or 7.20 Euros) and were then told they are non-refundable! 3. The saddest part of our stay was that our villa was burgled overnight (we stayed in one of the Deluxe mobile homes with hot tub etc.) We were broken into during a stormy night, whilst sleeping inside, and had all our money stolen (1000 Euros plus 600Kn) plus a bank card (thankfully out of date). The site feels very safe and yet there is clearly a darker side to this complex There are no safe deposit boxes for your valuables and when we reported this to the camp reception we were ushered out and told to go to the Police. Upon reporting it, the Police advised us that this site is susceptible to numerous thefts during the season and they have warned Polaris on numerous occasions about the quality of their door locks, but nothing has been done to rectify the security risk. The whole experience left us feeling very upset about our safety and we will not be coming again or recommending it.

My well-travelled husband nicknamed it Heaven :)
It was the best holiday experience family (2 adults and 3 children) ever had. We stayed in a brand new, comfortable, well equipped and super clean mobile home which had a large porch/terrace with a dining table and sun loungers all for our private use. We cooked most of the time as the kitchen is well equipped and there were BBQ facilities next to the cabins as well. Every 5-7 cabins share a beautiful communal pool that is nicer than the pools in most hotels. In addition to our communal pool there is a huge main pool plus a mini water park with sprinklers, diving pool and with plenty of sunbeds surrended by a nice grassy area. The beach is beautiful too, the water is crystal clear and our kids spent hours and hours on the giant inflatables (100kn for half a day). There is plenty of space for sunbathing or just to relax in the shade of the many large trees on the beach. There is a lot of entertainment options, trampoline, electric scooters, bicycle hire, go kart, bouncy castle, table tennis, beach ball etc on site. There is a supermarket and 2 restaurants as well. We took a sunset dolphin watch boat trip that was organised by a local family and was fabulous. We are definitely returning next year!

Rovinj is a great place, Polari a bit remote.
Great choice of accommodation, premium mobile homes were almost brand new, very clean, with good level of fitting and equipment, maybe a toaster and kettle would have been of use (for the Brits!!). Massive camping section to the park with good large shared pool with great water spray area, but swimming in the sea was better, clear water with good snorkelling, lots of fish. Mobile homes had 7 of their own smaller pools to share amongst them which were very nice and also quieter, shared bar b q areas worked well, but need a scraper to clean off properly after/before use. Walk to Rovinj took around 55 mins so quite a way, but well worth it, and the bus service is reliable although they could do with more frequent departures (hourly would be good rather than 3 hourly), lots of folk used bike rentals which was good value from many different lenders. Plenty of good food/restaurant options within 10 mins walk of the site (we didn't use the ones on site), local wine producer next door had very drinkable and cheap home produced white wine which is provided in recycled plastic bottles.

Great "camping" experience
Love the set up. We wanted to visit different parts of Istria and decided to use Rovinj as base. The trailers are new or newly renovated with fully equipped kitchen. You will need a car to stay here.

Comfortable stay with everything you need
We stayed in a deluxe mobile home in April and overall it was a great stay. The mobile home was very clean and featured a small but well equipped kitchen, air-conditioning (only in the kitchen area), free WiFi, and a comfortable sized patio with lounge chairs and an outdoor Jacuzzi. I should note the rooms are fairly small, it could be a little uncomfortable if staying for a long period, but for a two night stay it wasn't an issue for us. The mobile homes are situated in a very large camping site, it was roughly a 10 minute drive away from Rovinj with free parking provided. On one hand the mobile homes are quite far from the other camping facilities, but on the other hand the location seems like the quieter area of the camping site. I should note there's a fair bit of construction going on around the mobile homes at the moment, they started each morning around 8am but this wasn't a concern for us as the noise didn't last for long. Overall we found it very comfortable and affordable accommodation equipped with everything you might need for a few days away.

Es war etwas schade, dass man für vieles noch zusätzlich bezahlt hat. Und zwar ziemlich viel. Zum Beispiel für die Hüpfburg im Wasser. Der Preis für das Mobilehome ist ja schliesslich nicht gerade günstig.

Wir waren in einem mobile home und waren sehr zufrieden. Die kompakten Units (wir hatten eine mit Whirlpool) sind ordentlich ausgestattet und liegen wie an einer Perlenschnur aufgefädelt nebeneinander in einem Wäldchen am Hang. Von der Ausstattung hat uns nur ein Toaster und ein Käseschneider :-) gefehlt - sonst passt alles. Kurz Wege zu Strand und zu den zahlreichen und schönen Poolanlagen. Gerade Antonio im KidsClub hat sich sehr rührend um unsere Zwillinge gekümmert! Herzlichen Dank noch einmal. Die Spielplätze sind zum Teil etwas in die Jahr gekommen und nicht unbedingt etwas für ältere Kinder ab 6. Die Preise im Restaurant und im Supermarkt sind durchaus höherer Natur und zum Teil (gerade Getränke) etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig für unsere Vorstellung. Sonst hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub und können die Räumlichkeit eines mobilehomes nur empfehlen. Auch der Campingplatz machte in den neuen Bereichen einen sehr guten Eindruck. Alles wirkt organisiert und der Service (wenn es um neue Handtücher oder Bettwäsche geht) ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Sowohl Roinji, als auch Pula sind eine und mehrere Reisen unbedingt wert. Einkaufmöglichkeiten wie z.B. Lidl und Kaufland sind in circa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und wir können einen Aufenthalt nur empfehlen.

Unsere Unterkunft war, wie gebucht, direkt am Pool. Für unsere Kinder das totale Highlight. Es war alles Sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt auf der Anlage. Weg Fußweg zum Strand war nicht weit - max. 5min

Bis auf Wiener, die sich nicht benehmen könnten war es rundum angenehm. Die Mobil homes mit eigenem Whirlpool liegen am höchsten und im Wald, die Homes, die sich um Pools gruppieren sind sehr schön! Poollandschaft Top!

Nicht familienfreundlich da früh ca. 6:19 Uhr die Müllabfuhr Lärm macht oder auch zur Mittagszeit wenn kleine Kinder schlafen (gibt keine Mittagsruhe) an mehreren Tagen auch Sonntags Scheinbar wissen die Leute darüber auch Bescheid, nur wird nichts geändert Check-In war okay, könnte um so einiges besser laufen (wenn man Pech hat kommt man wirklich erst 15 Uhr rein und mit Baby echt schwer, da vorher auch keinerlei Informationen preisgegeben werden welches Mobilheim reserviert ist und man nur vertröstet wird von wegen ist nicht sauber, nicht frei, Nummer steht nicht fest, ist aber definitiv alles festgelegt!) Auf dem gesamten Gelände fahren Kinder sowie Erwachsene ohne Rücksicht auf andere mit ihren E-Rollern umher Parkplätze sind Mangelware an den Mobilheimen, nach dem Motto wer zuerst kommt der hat dann den Platz und wenn man sich an den Rand stellt gibt es einen Parkplatzverbotzettel, dass man da nicht stehen darf Kaum Angebote für kleine Kinder und Möglichkeiten für Teenies WLAN ist absolut grottenschlecht, da kaum oder gar nicht vorhanden. Für Kinder und Jugendliche sehr problematisch Große Poolanlage sehr überfüllt Ansonsten Mobilheim war ok, auch die Pools an den Mobilheimen sind sehr praktisch und eine gute Alternative zu der Poolanlage, einziges Manko dort wird sich nicht an Regeln gehalten, die Kinder springen ohne Rücksicht von den Felsen obwohl auch dies untersagt ist Für einen Urlaub zum Ausschlafen nicht geeignet, wenn man nahe eines Müllsammelplatzes wohnt

Die Aufteilung der Mobilehomes sind für den relativ kleinen Platz optimal. Die Nutzung der angrenzenden Parkplätze könnte durch Linienunterteilung verbessert werden, sodass man dies auch besser nutzen könnte. Sauberkeit: auch wenn es sich hierbei um ein 3-Stern Resort handelt - so wäre es wünschenswert, wenn bei Ankunft auch der Boden des Mobilehomes gewischt/gereinigt wäre bzw. nicht im Terassenbereich noch die Wattestäbchen der Vorbewohner herumliegen. Durch die hohe Anzahl an Mobilehomes scheint im gesamten Gelände ein Problem mit der Kanalführung zu bestehen, denn der Kanalgeruch war beinah überall, aber leider vor allem auf der Terrasse des Mobilehomes nicht zu ignorieren und somit konnten die Sonnenliegen leider nicht verwendet, bzw. genossen werden.

Ok, aber mit Mängeln.
Schöne Anlage, allerdings mit Mängeln. Whirlpool war defekt. Großer Riss im Gehäuse. Sauberkeit im Badezimmer lies zu wünschen übrig. Haare vom Vorgänger noch vorhanden. Klimaanlage außen sehr laut.

Immer wieder
Gegen Saisonende viel Ruhe. Die Bäckerei mit hervorragenden Produkten. Wir haben im Mobilehome nicht selbst gekocht, nur gefrühstückt. Essen gingen wir in die Restaurants inner- und ausserhalb des Campingsplatzes, sehr gute Qualität und Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Strände sauber. Das Wetter war gottseidank sehr schön. Mit dem Fahrrad alle Wege und Besuche erledigt.

Nette weitläufige Anlage
Schöne weitläufige Anlage mit verschiedenen Mobile Homes. Die Premium Häuser sind meist neuer und besser gelegen umgeben von kleinen Pools. Dafür fehlt die Spülmaschine.
