"We will absolutely stay again. It’s quiet and has a perfect view of the ocean. We stayed on the first floor with a large walk out patio with direct access to the pull and the beach. We had an actual fridge and kitchenette that came in handy for our long stay. I would recommend "

"Small condo unit, perfect for a solo traveler or couple. A full bath, kitchenette, dining room table for two, patio view of the beach and an outdoor table for two. Parking is outside around the condo or under awning. No capacity constraints at night. Pool is extremely small. I would consider this a cocktail pool. Easy access to the beach. Be aware, the “Beach essentials” available are very worn down and wouldn’t touch it unless you want tetanus. There is no one staffed at the front. I’ve reached out using the Hotels.com app and zero response during my stay. The door knob didn’t feel secure so I reached out to inquiry about that and an iron (the unit did not have)."

"Great location. Spacious room. Didn’t realize when I booked this was a beach motel type of lodging so we missed having a private balcony but otherwise we felt like it was a good value for the money. "

"Lots of places to sit at the pool, beach was beautiful. Rooms good size, bathrooms a little small but okay. Staff was excellent- Michaele housekeeper was kind and helpful. Beach view was gorgeous. Resort was quiet and relaxing. "

"This property has a very nice lobby area. It was clean and updated nicely. The rest of the property could really use an update as well. The halls and room smelled musty. The chairs at the pool were falling apart. The "restaurant" was only open to serve breakfast which seems like a waste to have the ability to offer other meals and not do so. The good thing is there are plenty of places within walking distance to get food. Our interactions with staff were all lovely."

"Room was cleanish. Air condition sets behind curtains when closed and prevents air movement when on and curtains closed. Desk staff were great, management was unaccessible during stay for issues. Parking was very limited "

"Great option for a beach view, no frills, clean stay near Daytona at a great price! We were in town for Cheer Nationals and this place met our needs. We typically stay at Marriott properties so we hold the bar high as to what we expect. High points- oceanfront room with great views, pool area is very clean with ample seating/grilling area/and a great layout. The hot tubs and fire pit areas were clean and inviting. Free parking, small gym, and beachfront access. Each room has a small kitchen with everything you would need including full size fridge. Areas for improvement- check in was a bit disorganized but you can see they are working out the kinks. There is no coffee in the lobby and to me this a big thing that would elevate the experience. The rooms have just opened after renovations and they are working through that process- one of the tvs in our room didnt work, not a huge deal but we would have liked to watch that one evening we were there. If you can get this place for a good price I would not hesitate to book again. Price point was defiitely better going through expedia. "
