“The rooms are small but very clean the staff is very accommodating. The little motel is convenient just to step out if your room and walk a few steps down to beach no elevators.”

“Smallest bathrooms I have ever experienced. The drains were very slow draining. No door to the “bedroom “. A barn door which the door did not stay closed. 1/2 size stove/oven and refrigerator. No dishwasher. We will not be go back ever!”

“Pictures of property when booking are extremely old. Hotel is in need of repair. Room was dirty, found bugs, floors were damaged due to moisture/humidity issues. Staff was friendly, but would not book again due to hotel conditions.”

“My family had a wonderful stay! We were a little surprised by how small the room actually was due to it's shape. The photos on the site made it seem larger or laid out differently than in person. Besides the size, it was a great stay! The room was clean and well stocked for our 3 person stay. The room was quiet, well cooled, and no noise from other tenants. We had a great view of the ocean from our balcony. The parking lot was a little tight, but seemed safe and we'll lighted. My top two……

“The pool was great and not too crowded. Lounge chairs overlooking the beach were great. Super easy access to the beach. A little on the lower end quality wise but you get what you pay for and it suited our needs perfectly.”

“My stay was amazing having the beach at my toes was a plus for sure! Pool wasn’t so clean staff very minimal and number on the office door did not work at all! Would stay again….absolutely would stay again! Many conveniences around to walk to! Thank you can’t wait to come back”

“I was very disappointed with this stay. The hotel advertised itself as oceanfront, but that was misleading. The room was not oceanfront as expected. The hotel was. There was also no mention in the listing that the main bed was a Murphy bed. It was old, very hard, and seemed too small for two adults. I wasn't even sure it would comfortably support both of us. The room itself showed significant wear and tear, with cracks in the floor and a hole in the bathroom wall. While the room was about as……
