Great check in. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable. The lady accompanied me and gave me a room with a view of the lake.

Nice hotel, good location

Pros: Location especially was good. Access to the hotel was possible from multiple directions with a minimum of fuss.
Cons: The hotel does not allow late checkout unless you're some special rewards member. Be aware.
Location: The hotel is centrally located between Rockwall and Dallas with most of Rowlett north of it. You can go east, west, and north and get to good stuff.
Stayed a weekend here for a wedding in the area. The staff are very good and facilities are great.

Nice Hotel

Stayed at this hotel multiple times in the past. Nice rooms, decent free breakfast, no complaints.

The first room offered and shown to me was a room someone had previously checked into earlier that day and then rejected it because the air conditioner didn't cool the room. The room had not been cleaned since his or her departure.

Great hotel near the hospital my sister is in.

Checking in was very fast easy, clerk was very informative and helpful! I also love that the hotel is pet friendly. It was a pleasant stay.

When we first arrived, our room looked like someone just rolled put of bed. The hotel staff immediately swap us into a Nice comfy room. Very hospitable staff. Good breakfast too!

Ok hotel, stay here because of classes held in hot

Bed was a bit hard. Room a bit cold, heater wasn't too warm. But was a good stay. Breakfast was ok

Our room was on side closest to I-30 and was a bit loud at night. Other than that the room, breakfast and staff were all great.
