“Check-in was quick and easy. The person at the front desk, who I believe may have been the owner or the owner’s wife, was friendly, patient, and understanding, even though I was a little persistent about an issue with the TV. My concern came from having experienced similar problems at other motels, so I was worried it was becoming a recurring issue. I was eventually able to get the TV working, although I feel that checking to make sure everything is functioning properly should be part of the……

“Love staying there”

“Booked this as it was the only hotel within a 30 mile radius with a vacant room. I was placing in a smoking room first and had to ask to be moved to a non smoking room. I was reluctantly moved and treated poorly. The next room was extremely dirty.”

“The room itself in the hotel was not very clean. Some items were missing or not functioning in the room. It appears the hotel is old and never been updated. I can say that there was clean sheets and towels, but that's about it. I will not be returning there at any time in the future.”

“The room was beautiful as well as the view from the exterior landing. The restaurant downstairs was great as well as the people running it. Parking was right by the entrance door. The building itself is stunning and full of history. Jeff was available by email/phone and responded to us very quickly. Looking forward to staying again.”

“Immediately upon entering the hotel, I was hot with a mildewy smell. And it was hot on the inside. The check in process was easy. We were directed to the elevator but what they didn't tell me is there is a loud thud going either up or down as if the elevator hit something in the mechanical process. It was unnerving and after going up and down several times, we decided to stick with the stairs. There were stairs at either end and we were in the middle. The room itself was okay. I found roach……

“This property was absolutely adorable — beautifully decorated, spotless, and so comfortable. All the beds were super cozy, and we felt right at home. Our host, Jeff, went above and beyond by checking in to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. It was such a thoughtful touch and made the experience even better.I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-appointed getaway!”
