Very nice and quite good location

Pros: Bed /bath and pillows also furniture are good lookingLi
Cons: Little bit tight space on the parking lot but it's okay.
Location: Close to the Budda temple
The vending machine on 4th floor, the sign won't caught my eyes need to be red or neon

Cons: They need to update their website.
Hotel's website said the pool opened April1. Failed to say that was 2016. The pool was closed 4/1/17, the site was not updated. It was the main reason we chose this hotel. Management would not budge on a break in the rate for this reason.

This hotel was very comfortable and maintained well. It looked new or like it might have been recently renovated. Staff was friendly. It is very close to a major highway and my room was on that side, so there was some noise. The breakfast was ok.

Very Pleasantly Surprised

For the value, this hotel knocks it out of the ballpark! Even though I made an initial mistake for the dates of my stay on a non-refundable booking, they were quick to assist me with a solution that only cost me an additional 10.00. Rosey at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. The 1st floor room was VERY comfortable and clean. The breakfast was as expected and the attendant was VERY sweet and helpful. I will stay here again!

This was the worst stay I've had at any HI Express and this one specifically. I've stayed here many times. I reserved 2 rooms and both had issues. The first was with the HVAC. The temp. would not adjust up or down. Had to be relocated. The 2nd room had an electrical issue with a light in the bath. We went to dinner and it was to be repaired while gone. Upon returning, we don't know if the light had been repaired, because the toliet had flooded the room. Again, had to move to another room. In this new room, the TV did work, and the staff again offered to yet another room, but declined because it was 10 pm. The property is supposed to be non-smoking, but upon entering the elevator the next morning it reeked of smoke. I exited the hotel to find the night clerk and 2 others standing near the front door smoking. Lastly, when I was checking out I asked about complaining to a manager, and was directed to their web site, where, if you did not book through the hotel, there is no option for complaining because they only recognize you by their confirmation number.
