beautiful hotel in excellent central position, close to rail network, Grand Place, lots of eateries, rooms were comfortable, the only problem we had was that the air con did not work and we could not turn off the heating even with the help of staff. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel. Approx 10 minute walk to Grand Place. Room was lovely and spacious (we stayed 3 of us in a quadruple room). Beds very comfy. Spacious bathroom with a nice shower. Loved the l'occtiane toiletries! Hotel was very clean. We walked from the Midi station to the hotel and that took about 10/15 minutes.

The hotel was in a perfect location...not too close to the grand place but only a nice 5min walk to it...the staff were really helpful, especially when it came to us getting home, and they were nice and friendly...the room was ideal, tad overlooked by offices but if you kept the net drapes shut this wasn't a problem...room was cleaned and tidied everyday...our only problem was that we couldn't make out the bar section of the hotel but there were 2 great bars just outside anyway to drink in...fab stay in a fab hotel!!

Checked in and there was nobody (no bellmen, no doorman), had to bring my lugguages in myself. The concierge saw me but waited till I was inside to assist.
When in my room, none of the phones has a cord... had to go downstairs and back to front desk to ask to make sure my phones had cords... other than that... all was ok. I had asked bagels for breakfast but they didn't know what it was and brought me pretzels instead.
Room as ok.

Enjoyed a stay of 5 nights in a junior suite. Excellent room with a very comfortable bed and a sofa bed for the 3rd adult in the room. Breakfast was included in the room rate. It was taken in the club lounge on week days and in the main hotel restaurant at the weekend. The suite also included access to the club lounge through the week with tea, coffee and soft drinks available and aperitives at teatime ( not weekends ). Gym and pool use were also included.
The hotel was within walking distance of the Grand Place, Avenue Louise for shopping and European buildings and offices. Public transport was also readily available. A great hotel and location!

As we were staying for 7 nights we were upgraded free to a larger double room. It was on the 7th floor and we seemed to be the only people there as it was very quiet indeed. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone as only 2 stops from the Centre on the metro.
Great place to spend your time!
Breakfast was amazing with absolutely everything available in plentiful supply!
