“Lovely stay in one of the smaller, cosy doubles. Room nicely decorated and the whole pub had a really nice, cosy vibe. Food was great, always such a wide menu with large portions. Good ale and wine selection too. ”

The building is beautiful and it was wonderfully warm and cosy on a very blustery, storm-battered evening and night. I had a single room but it was a double bed and had everything I needed and more. The shower was good. ”

We really felt like nothing was too much trouble for Alice and Andrew. They even - without our knowing - took the trouble of trying to source egg-free croissants at their local supermarket. Would definitely stay here again!”
