"There are only two hotels in Rugby, and this is the better one. It was beautiful four years ago when I stayed there for work. But I see that it is getting run down a bit. For an entire week, there was dried mud in the stairwells (no elevator) and no one vacuums. Obvious things that need attention: leaky roof, doors that need new mechanisms so they don't slam; the handle on my room door was loose, still worked, but a little dicey. Great staff, but the maintenance needs some work."
