Der Balkon/Freisitz ist überdacht und mit einem Sonnenschirm ausgestattet. Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage, obwohl es gelegentlich regnete.Die Dachgeschoßwohnung ist im ersten Stock über eine in der Wohnung integrierte Treppe zu erreichen. Die Kopfhöhe war für uns ausreichend da wir nicht sehr groß sind (Schlafräume und Bad). Der Parkplatz für unsere Wohnung war direkt am Haus.
