The tiny trash cans in the room are insufficient for longer stays. Breakfast was a fairly good selection. Good midtown location.

Good to the property early and the receptionist was rude and made it known that check in was at 3 pm on the dot no sooner

Good for the price and the staff is very nice. Room was clean, breakfast was decent. Great location. Hot tub was unusable.

Our truck transmission went out in our way to this destination- called and was told they would ok with manager to waive fees in light of our predicament. They charged us $243.58 so not too happy about that.

We are sorry to hear you are unhappy. We do have a 24 hour cancellation policy, and due to you not meeting the cancellation grace period, we did have to charge you for one night room and tax.

So the room was a good size and we fit in comfortably, BUT light switches were not working he had to turn all lamps manually. When we showered we basically showered in standing water, it wouldn’t drain well. When we asked for room service which we had to if we wanted our room cleaned otherwise they wouldn’t clean it… they replaced the towels and the trash in restroom nothing else. The pool was foggy and the hot tub had standing sand at bottom. Breakfast was great. Check in and check out was swift, it in an amazing location, but it did need improvements.
