The resort was amazing. The country is beautiful in itself, but all the activities provided within the resort was great. From the food, the room, and even the servers/workers were nice. I really enjoyed my stay.

This was our first time out of the country. It was a wonderful vacation although the air conditioning could be a little cooler with the heat.

I enjoyed the property and the staff. The food was okay: not as good as getting a boxed dinner outside the property with some real Jamaican cooking but aside from that, everything else was cool. I'd go back.

Nice beach, nice everything, amazing food

Despite some reviews that i read i still decided to book this hotel and i aboustly loved every second of it. The staff is amazing, the rooms are super clean and the fod is beyond amazing. Oxtails and jerk chicken were some of my favorites for example.

Everything was beautiful.

All the bad reviews on here are from their own personal experience. From my experience everything that's in the pictures are true. The employees are very nice. The only thing is bring your own wash cloths don't let it ruin your trip because you will not have any once you get it in there. The pools, the club, and the food are all amazing.

Disapointing

The resort is very big and beautiful BUT the service is horrible. My take away is that the resort is too big and they don't have enough man power to manage. There was no wash cloths, Roaches in rooms, had room change but nothing changed. Free WiFi in lobby sucks...you can never get on because everyone is in the lobby trying to get on because the price foe in room Wi-Fi is ridiculously high and has to be paid per device. Such a rip off. No room service- we were told it is not included in our package. I would certainly not recommend this resort to anyone. I hear the "Luxury" side of the resort which is adults only is much better but not everyone can afford "luxury" price. I wasn't asking for much when I booked and paid for my stay at the regular resort..... I thought I would at least get wash cloths, be able to have room service and not have roaches crawling around in hallways and in my room. Marvin T Connecticut

Nice time spent mostly on the beaches. Great private beaches with nearby cabanas for all the drinks you can consume on one sitting.

Disappointed with the hotel.

Pros: I did like the setup of the hotel. The eating areas were very good and clean. The pool areas were also in very good locations.
Cons: The rooms need to be updated and maintained.
I was very disappointed with the hotel. Our room air conditioner did not cool, the safe did not work and the tub whirlpool did not work to start with. The second night we started smelling a sewer smell in the bathroom. We called for a maintenance man. He said we would have to get another room. The sewer smell was coming up through the shower drain. We did not get a new room until 3pm the next day. When we got that room the cold water did not work and the water was so hot you could not take a shower. We had the draw water in the tub and let it cool before we could take a bath.

Bad food and just overall stay

I like the hotel but the food was horrible the Jamaican food didn't taste like a Jamaican made it because it was all wrong.the late night the snack bar does not offer fish what about those that don't eat meat? That's unfair that needs to change. Another thing I left a note to the housekeeper to wash the bathroom and when I came back after the room was cleaned but the note was thrown away and the bath was still dirty (that's how it was when I got there btw) The female staff was very unprofessional at the front and throughout the lobby.
