Friendly staff. Nanny was excellent. Kids were entertained while mom & dad relaxed. Food and drinks, including alcoholic drinks, were good quality. Entertainment coordinators were excellent. Resort caters to kids needs. I will return & highly recommend it to my friends with kids. Worth the $.

My family of four had a nice stay here. They greet you with a refreshing drink when first arriving, which is much appreciated after a long journey. Layout of the resort is good: not too big or small. Very mellow vibe, enjoyed the food. Well suited for families with kids. The waterpark was a big plus. The staff we encountered were for the most part very warm and friendly. We liked our Junior Oceanfront suite - 2 twin beds were put in the room for the kids just as we requested and it was not too crowded. Our kids liked the kids club and there were plenty of fun activities for them. There was one issue with the AC in our room but it was fixed promptly. There were some water pressure issues in the bathroom with very little cold water to the sink. These never quite went away but did improve over the week. Also the power went out about 3-4 times during our stay but came back on in less than a minute, so this was only a minor nuisance. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and would come back.

We have traveled extensively in Caribbean and have never stayed at an all inclusive resort before staying here. We needed serious R&R and this resort filled our needs. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. They are so polite and cordial. Our room on the adult side was beautiful, comfortable and clean. The pools and grounds are the meticulously maintained and gorgeous. Our meals were good overall and we especially enjoyed extensive fresh salad ingredients and fruit daily. The Italian restaurant is furthest away but lovely and the best place for sunsets.
My drawbacks: alcohol is not high quality and I would have expected decent wine, beer and spirits with the package we purchased. Beach - the best beach is at the far end of the resort not near the adult portion of the resort; the beach on the adult side is a small lagoon with man made rock sea wall and not open water - not good for swimming. Music/entertainment on the pool deck is too loud and can be heard in the room if you want to sleep in or take an afternoon siesta. I understand they are accommodating all age ranges but it should not be at the adult side pool 7 days a week. Part of what you are paying for is the sound of the ocean waves.
