Waited over 15 minutes in an empty dirty lobby before anyone even showed up. When they finally did I asked to see a room. It was dirty and smelled bad. The first floor was under construction. No elevator. I never officially checked in but they charged me $100.87. I asked Expedia for a refund and they said it was up to hotel management. The “management” refused to give me one. Next door was the closed multi floor hotel that was all vandalized and boarded up. Don’t stay here unless your only other choice is underneath the overpass.

This hotel is really rough, smells like smoke throughout, dirty and poorly cared for. Dirty sheets, and broken shower curtain rod. Some girl was killed here previously, not surprised this location had that happen.

Where do i start? The place reaked of Marijuana, they messed up our reservation, the rooms are falling apart, the family members look like they live there, the buffet was dry toast and cold coffee. When we got there, family members were just sitting there in the lobby watching tv. We got into the room, the door jams were coming off the wall, the bath tub Waka had holes in them, someone painted lightly over pictures painted in the wall, the adjacent door looks like sunshine kicked it in. We went to get ice, i put ice in a cup and they're was black mold in the ice. Only good thing was the beds were comfy.

I did not like that I booked a non smoking room and I could not sleep because the room smelled of smoking and weed especially in the bathroom. This was very annoying as I have sinus issues and allergies. The staff sprayed but that did not help but I appreciate him trying. I couldn’t wait to leave. Please fix this issue so that I can come back again.

The door jambs were broken both on the main room door and the door that connects to the next room. Very clearly had been broken into before and not repaired. Didn’t expect a 5 star resort, but expected reasonable sense of safety for that price point. Do not recommend staying at this hotel when there are far better in the area.

Not worth the money
The hotel was in disrepair and not clean. We requested a non-smoking room and could still smell cigarette smoke. Our room also had a very musty smell. The shower door did not shut all of the way. The smoke alarm was disconnected and hanging down from the ceiling. The floor was bowed, and we tripped on it more than once. We were not aware there was no elevator and had to take the stairs to our room. The window at the top of the stairs was open, presumably to get rid of the smoke smell. Breakfast was a huge disappointment - they had stale cereal, coffee (only regular- no decaf) and some cinnamon raisin bread. The worker at the desk lit a cigarette and was smoking in the lobby before she went outside.

The hotel was located in a great area, It was certainly older, but clean. The breakfast was very small, and short on options, Bagels and cream cheese would be anice addition. All of the staff were wonderful.
