Cleaning not up to standard

When I arrived at the middle of the night, the room was not cleaned after previous guest. I got of course another room immediately, but in the middle of night it felt quote bad. I stayed 4 nights, and cleaning between nights was also very sloppy compared to any other same-star hotels I've been last 15 yrs.

Breakfast was nice!

When I checked booking reference, it is said that 2 king size beds in the room we booked, but actually they were probably semi double beds. Room was not so big, but big enough. We stayed there for 3 nights, n 1 used towel was not changed after room make. It was hanged, so house keeper might have thought I wished to use it again even though I wanted to use new towel. We booked a room including breakfast, n breakfast was really nice. I loved the salmon! At breakfast restaurant, no staff was checking the guest's room number or anything. I wonder that anyone can go in to have breakfast??? For weekend, if the breakfast start time is earlier, it will be better. And the hotel location, it's not really in the city center, but there are some supermarkets near the hotel. Metro station n tram station also. Really nice to stay there!

2 stops from Central Station

This hotel is in the industrial area, with nothing to do nearby, other than grocery stores and chain restaurants. Its staff, cleanliness, restaurant, sauna, etc, are all great. I'd come back.

Great stay in Ruoholahti

Great hotel if you're going to be in the Ruoholahti area during your stay. The hotel is not really in the city centre, but there's lots of connections to the city and it's just 1 stop from Kamppi and 2 stops from the railway station. There's a big supermarket and fast food restaurants nearby. The room was clean and had everything we expected. The beds were really comfy.

Comfortable Stay.

We only stayed one night but found the hotel to have good facilities and to be in a good position. The room was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast had a good selection. The reception staff were very helpful. Overall a very good stay.

Dusty room - poor ventilation

Far away from the center. Dusty room and locked windows. Breakfast was very crowded first morning but good second Morning.
