“Dirty, nasty, smelly, worst place ever.”

“Overall, we had a great stay at Kingsmill Resort. This was actually our second visit because our first experience here was amazing, and that’s what brought us back. The property itself is beautiful, the amenities are excellent, and it’s a fantastic place for families. The pools, activities, and overall atmosphere make it a wonderful destination, and our children had a great time. Unfortunately, this visit was impacted by service issues. Most of the staff we interacted with were friendly and……

“The splash pad, the pool and the mini golf are definitely a hit if you are traveling with kids. Room was a little musty smelling. Breakfast is awful. Better off going to a nearby pancake house.”

“The place did not look like the photos. I felt like I was catfish. I was very disappointed. I’m never the type to talk bad on any hotels but this one was really bad. I seen spiders. The tub was dirty with hair. I do not recommend but you get what you pay for.”

“Had a lady help me find my room which was nice. Our room was decent, no bugs or anything suspicious. Only problem was some dried pee stains on the floor of the toilet. For a last minute booking, this was good. Area felt safe too compared to others I’ve been too.”

“Had the best stay at Decoy's!!!! Cottage #1 exceeded our expectations - THE VIEW!!! the adorable decor, the most comfortable bedding... I could not recommend this place more. The area is super safe and kid-friendly. The cottages do not have front desk staff available in person, but everyone we spoke to over the phone was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We made the most beautiful memories here in the cottages with our family - 5 stars all around. Thank you, Decoy's!”

“This was my 1st time staying at Double Tree Hotel. What amazed me about this Hotel was that there was a bar, game room, pool table, indoor and outdoor pool, breakfast dining, coffee spot and you get a free warm cookie at the front counter. The only downside and I completely understand because it only takes one person to ruin something for everyone, was the fact you had to share a microwave with everyone on your floor. I didnt use the microwave due to that, but other than that my stay was……
