I liked how easy it was to talk to the staff. Check in was easy, extending my stay was easy, and finding the property was easy. I liked the cleanliness of the room and the amenities were stellar. I didn't like the upkeep of the building. The faucet of the shower leaked. The door didn't seal, causing outside sound, odor, and humidity to come into the room. The bed was also very squeaky.

Stopped in for the night while doing some cross country traveling. The staff was very friendly and the accommodations were great. I’ll definitely visit again if I’m back in the area!

We want our guests to enjoy their stay and find our AC and heat amenities to be clean and in perfect working condition. Our ultimate goal is for our guests to be comfortable both in the summertime, and in the winter. Our maintenance staff has a regular schedule dedicated to checking the working order of appliances, the state of the furniture in the rooms, and bathroom fixtures. I am sorry that we failed to do this during your most recent stay. I am especially upset to hear that the situation was not addressed right away.

Could Not Even Check Guests In
This was supposed to be the first stop on my honeymoon. After driving 7 hours, I arrived and was told I could not be checked in. The lady at the front desk was locked out of the system, and the manager would not answer the phone to provide further instructions. I was told "There is literally nothing I can do - I can not check you in until the manager replies". We waited in the parking lot and just decided to drive to another hotel. The location was also not as promising as pictures made it seem... Definitely would never reconsider.

Yuck!
The room had an odor. It was dusty, the bathtub was dirty and I had to clean it before I felt comfortable putting a towel in the bottom to stand on so I could shower. The towels and washcloths were stained. I guess you get what you pay for. I’ll pay a little more next time. I won’t stay there again.

I reserved a NON-SMOKING room and I got smoking that was so thick with smoke stains and residue blowing from the fan that my eyes were stinging and hurting. I couldn't take a bath as there was no bathtub plug. There was ZERO breakfast. The main office was locked and closed in the morning and no one there to assist. My bed had multiple cigarrette burn holes in it. The bathroom made a very loud noise when you turned on the light. 1 of 2 lights working. The other not. Very dark. The ceiling in bathroom was gross and dirty. This is not the product I paid for. Worst Super 8 I have ever stayed at. I would like a full refund.

There was a deodorant bottle cap left in the floor from previous occupant. The toilet seat is in very bad shape and the tub strips are so dirty, they need replaced and the tub seriously cleaned.

The bed was comfortable. Neither of the lights on either side of the bed worked. The lamp in the corner flickered if it came on at all because the light bulb didn’t really fit. The light over the sink and vanity on worked half the time.

Disappointing
The room was run down and the appliances were old and wore out looking. The bathroom did not have a knob on the shower faucet. The linen had holes burned in them on both beds. The air cool very poorly during the daytime and not very much better at night. The pool didn't seem to be cleaned daily it had items and debris floating in it. The room I was given was considered an upgraded room because they had removed the carpet and put wooden floors in and they charged me $10 extra for this. I was disappointed in the overall condition of the room. When I got there to check in my hotels.com stated that I could check in at 10:00 a.m. I got there and they told me I could not check in till 2:00 p.m. I was able to get them to let me check into the upgraded room but again like I said they charged me $10 extra for that

Hell (literally) in Clarksville.
We checked into our room only to find that the rooms had cigarette burns on the comforters, trash (literally) under the table between the beds, and questionable hair in the shower. I went downstairs to get get my luggage and the hotelier yelled at me from the second floor about if I wanted downstairs rooms I had to pay more for them. I didn’t bother complaining to the hotel because we had dealt with them prior to arrival. I accidentally booked the wrong weekend, noticed it and called them within 5 minutes, and they refused to work with us and told us to move to a different weekend they were going to have to charge us more (100.00 more). They also told us that it was our fault for trying to get a cheaper room by using hotels.com and this was our problem now. I would highly suggest to book across the road at the best western or even the sunset inn. This was a nasty room run by an even nastier hotelier. (I also never leave bad reviews). There were also questionable people checked in next door with hair ties tied to the outside of the door on the handle. I think the “activity” was tied to the truckers parked across the road.

The stay was not very good no Continental breakfast and the maid service was not very well did not clean room sweep or mop had to go get some towels from office every day and they blamed it on covid
